13/03/2025: Fantastic restaurant, so much so that I returned twice in the space of a week! Convivial atmosphere "like in the past", trained and very kind staff. As for the menu, in addition to traditional classics, we also find more particular proposals (both genres are good). So far I have personally tasted their tigelline both with parmesan ice cream and with a selection of cured meats and homemade giardiniera, what can I say... spacey. As first courses, the lasagna with truffles and the tortelli filled with parmesan cream with blackberry ham from Romagna are really tasty but my favorite was the ravioli filled with frigione, amazing. As a second course I tasted the pheasant hunter style for the first time and I must say that it is really good, delicate and tasty at the same time, finally I tasted the braised cheek with purée and crispy fried onion, it melted in the mouth with an incredible explosion of flavours. Oh and don't forget a place for their homemade desserts! What can I say, I can't wait to go back m.

Baked potatoes, salami, cheeses... choose the bread and put the world into it..

21/03/2025: Ci siamo fermati per pranzare in questo ristorante - pizzeria, che già conoscevamo, per provare cosa ci offriva nel menù alla carta e non ci ha tradito le aspettative.
Ci sono stati serviti degli ottimi piatti di pesce e di carne, sia come primi che come secondi, ben cucinati e preparati, con dei prodotti di prima qualità davvero gustosi.
Eccellente anche il servizio, cortese ed in grado di ben consigliarci.
Per noi è un punto di riferimento che consigliamo

24/03/2025: Crossing the threshold of this place is like entering an enchanted world, an atmosphere that immediately enveloped me and made me feel at ease.
The quality of the products is excellent, as is the service, impeccable and attentive.
I already knew the history of this restaurant from the time of its opening in via Mameli, and seeing how they have grown is confirmation that dedication to quality always pays off.
A little tip to achieve perfection:
I would like to rediscover that warmth and that typically Emilian-Romagnolo spirit that you can feel in the traditional piadinerie of the area. A pinch of extra joy in the environment and service would make the experience even more authentic and unforgettable.

24/03/2025: This gelato has a really strong flavor! It's not too sweet and has a clean gelato taste. Needless to say, it's chewy. Personally, I think fruit-flavored gelatos are tastier than milk-based gelatos.

06/04/2025: The difference is a family business that cannot be placed in a single category... it is at the same time a high-level food shop, a niche gastronomy, a modern bistro, a family-run shop with a family atmosphere, a modern bar/wine bar, a wine shop with laboratory... the difference must be tried and lived... it is a happy and lustful experience... BUT the very high quality of the products and dishes are not even remotely close to the beauty of the family who, with sweat, sacrifice, dedication and joy, carry forward this project every day.. but they will pass this on to you when you go to visit them..

06/04/2025: Nice selection of natural wines and two beers on tap from a great local brewery. We stayed two consecutive evenings for an aperitif, the owners are very kind and the atmosphere is really pleasant. Highly recommended for anyone passing through Pienza.
