Arriving by chance for lunch, we received a great welcome, and consequently an excellent presentation of the menu. Great willingness to offer tastings of the various dishes chosen. Good and well presented dishes all with high quality products, with an eye to local producers. Wide choice on the wine list. Right relationship between price and quality. Advised.

4 of us had dinner at the Trattoria Hirsch Stube. The food was superb as was the service. Very well presented , imaginative and delicious. Wine recommendations were also very good. We ate Sunday evening and went back again on Monday as it was so good. Francesca was a charming host and explained the menu choices very well.

Very cosy place offering extreme delicious local handmade food. Very lovely ambiente, excellent service. Everything is freshly made. You need to book a table in advance as it has only a few tables.

Francesca gentilissima e con molta attenzione al servizio. Antipasto di cervo crudo, tagliatelle al cinghiale, guancetto di maiale, crostata al mirtillo e cheesecake alla ricotta. Carta di vini molto curata. Abbiamo veramente mangiato bene e in un' atmosfera simpatica e familiare. Grazie!

Una chicca nel piccolo paese di Gressoney la Trinité, locale bellissimo, accogliente e caldo. La gentilezza è l'entusiasmo della proprietaria sono da applausi!
Piatti ottimi, con materie prime di livello e gusti davvero pieni ed avvolgenti.

Locale molto carino, piccolo (ha pochi coperti) per cui occorre prenotare con anticipo.
Cibo molto buono ben consigliato dalla gentilissima padrona di casa.
Prezzi nella media degli altri locali della zona.
