30/06/2026: I’ve ended up coming here every single day I’ve been in Rome, and I think that says everything. The team here is genuinely warm, welcoming, and remembers people, which makes it feel like your neighborhood café even if you’re just visiting.
Do yourself a favor and get the pistachio croissant. It is phenomenal and tends to sell out early for good reason. Pair it with their crema coffee and you’ve got one of the best breakfasts in the city.
I’ve tried coffee all over Rome during this trip, and Mus Caffè is still my favorite. Great coffee, fantastic pastries, wonderful people. If you’re nearby, don’t overthink it. Just go.
26/06/2026: Was in Rome last week, stayed in Prati, and had breakfast at Mus Caffe one morning - and it was awesome! We sat outside, had coffee, and a great (very affordable) breakfast. Our waiter was attentive and excellent. If we ever make it back to Rome, this will be one of our stops! A+ all around! Highly recommend.

10/07/2026: For several years now, whenever we want to treat ourselves to an evening of excellence, we go there. The atmosphere is elegant without being cloying. The tasting menu is always captivating, the flavors unique without being excessive. The service is another feather in the cap; never intrusive, always friendly and attentive to every little detail. Precisely because of this attention to detail, I'd like to mention the restrooms. The presence of feminine hygiene products, wet wipes and hangers, as well as sealed dental cleaning kits and washcloths, clearly demonstrates how every detail is thought out in detail. What more can I say? Thank you for a wonderful evening. See you soon!

From the moment we entered, we felt welcomed, not just served. The restaurant is refined but without unnecessary frills.
We chose the tasting menu. Each course told a little story: impeccable technique and art-gallery-like presentation. The service was impeccable: attentive, knowledgeable, never intrusive. Enrico recommended the perfect pairing.
The chef's passion is evident in every detail. It's not "just" a gourmet restaurant, it's a complete experience.
We'll definitely be back!

04/07/2026: We went to Al Sass restaurant for dinner: 5 stars, well deserved! For €30 for the basic menu, we ate a lot...and, most importantly, it was delicious, from appetizer to dessert! The meat was incredibly tender. And kudos to the restaurant for their attention to food intolerances and special needs (they ask for them first thing when you walk in!), which isn't always the case. When we're back in the area, we'll definitely know where to eat!

The place is welcoming, artistically furnished with original 20th-century tables and chairs, restored and refurbished. Well-filled sandwiches and generous platters. Excellent value. We'll definitely be back.

Dining becomes a pleasant journey to discover dishes where innovation and tradition are not in opposition. Add to this a wine list that pays close attention to the local area and impeccable service, and you can truly say that a corner of paradise exists for our senses.
27/04/2026: We had an 18th birthday party. Many guests asked us if it was a Michelin-starred restaurant because of the quality and attention to detail of the dishes.

03/04/2026: April 2nd, lunchtime. I enter with a broken arm and various other obvious physical issues.
I ask for a sandwich. They invite me to sit down. When it's time to pay (the sandwich isn't even eaten yet), they want to charge me a €1 cover charge, which I hadn't been told—I could barely stand, and it was pouring rain outside. I was taught that a chair shouldn't be denied to a sick person.
I refuse to pay the cover charge and am escorted outside, where I eat the (delicious) sandwich in the cold, under the rain, and with only one arm.
Class is in the details. Was losing face for a €1 cover charge worth it?
03/04/2026: Hands down the best sandwich we had in our Sicilian trip. The quality and the flavors are next level, I would comeback here every week if I could!
