The location, nestled in the narrow streets of Martina Franca's historic center, is beautiful, but not suitable for small children. Prices are average for the quality of the ingredients and the craftsmanship, and the warm homemade bread is worthy of praise. The only flaw is the wine list, which is too extensive and difficult to manage, and the portions of the first courses could be a bit more generous. Overall, a place worth trying, with friendly, polite, very knowledgeable, and professional staff. Interesting non-alcoholic cocktails to try, and a very interesting watermelon carpaccio. 05/09/2025: Best ragù we've ever eaten, definitely a must-try! Very good service, English-speaking staff and cosy ambience. Would recommend to visit at least once!

Marco, a welcoming, kind, and exceptional person, helped us make his dream come true, making it unique and special, taking care of every detail. The exceptional staff pampered and spoiled us throughout the evening. The quality of the food was excellent, even for any type of intolerance. Thank you for making us experience the most beautiful fairytale ever!! We will definitely see you again for other occasions. 13/07/2025: Wow, what a great find! We stumbled upon this restaurant because it was very close to the agriturismo where we were staying. I found the phone # here and was able to make a resy via WhatsApp (the night before we had been turned away as they were totally full). We ordered the pesto pasta, the lemon chicken, and a side of green beans and shared. Simply delicious! Something told us we should splurge and have the homemade Tiramisu. Our instincts were spot on! It was the best Tiramisu we have ever had! We enjoyed the meal so much we can back the next day for lunch! This time I had the pici with pork ragu and my wife had the lasagna. Each was fantastic! And of course we had to have the Tiramisu (again). Did I mention how gracious the owner is? Five stars all around. The little town of Bibbiano is very lucky to have this restaurant. Reservations recommended.

11/07/2025: We went to dinner last night with a friend from Siena. We were so pleased, everything tasted great, the desserts were delicious, like the rabbit, the pici cacio e pepe (a type of pasta made with cheese and pepper, which not everyone knows how to make), and everything else. The owners are wonderful, friendly, and helpful. If you go eat at Bibbio, you won't regret it. See you next year!!!!!!

02/09/2025: Buonissimo!! We enjoyed Sicilian specialties with the antipasto platter to share between two. Simply delicious and very generous! The welcome and service were equally impeccable. As for the setting, we had lunch in the small courtyard, which was very pleasant. A must-see after or before your visit to the Villa Romana del Casale.

17/08/2025: The appetizer was good, the meat was average. The lack of a menu is reprehensible: you have to take the restaurant owner's word for it. The staff's use of gloves is disturbing: they do everything with the same gloves: shaking hands, caressing children, carrying dishes, etc., etc.

02/07/2025: an exceptional little restaurant. I have been there many times and eaten almost all the dishes. At the top I put the meat (sliced) both for the excellent quality of the raw material and for the skill in cooking it. everything very good even the desserts and ... the icing on the cake .. their liqueurs that are offered at the end of the meal, spectacular the meloncello for my taste. Highly recommended, in fact mandatory to visit if you are in L'Aquila and surroundings

02/09/2025: Not only is the food delicious, but the service is also top-notch. I think I'll say it all when I say that my sister almost cried when she tried her tiramisu because it was so good. Everything was spectacular, thank you so much!

01/07/2025: We came. We saw. We devoured. 🍝 This was hands down the best meal of our trip—no contest. Our daughter ordered the homemade pasta with tomato sauce and basil, and let me tell you… that basil must’ve been grown in a magical garden because it blew our minds. 🌿💥 My husband and I tag-teamed the tuna tartar -wow!-, the mixed salad and the shrimp tortellini (also homemade!), and now we might fight over who gets the last bite next time. The service? So friendly we almost invited them to dinner tomorrow. 😄 We wrapped it all up with tiramisu and espresso. Highly recommend. Would eat here every day if we could!
