Very good restaurant. Original and good without being overpriced. Close to a starred restaurant. The chef is passionate and that shows in his cooking.

Thanks to Oskar, Ingrid and the whole team! We talked about many things... food, mountains and ancient but necessary wisdom. In the meantime, eating well: well-balanced dishes, clear flavors and carefully chosen products! There is also wine for the more curious and attentive... See you soon!

Let me start by saying that this is the very first time I have left a review. My wife and I came to this restaurant and we literally fell in love with it. Superior quality of ingredients, exciting service and professionalism of the staff and chef make this place an absolutely recommended destination. Sincere congratulations! We will definitely return because a place like this, as well as a satisfied belly, leaves you with beautiful memories

Location calda e carina, pochi tavoli in cui si riesce ad essere trattati con professionalità e cura. Cibo ottimo e di qualità con valorizzazione delle risorse del territorio e presidio slow food. Porzioni non eccessivamente ristrette seppur il buon cibo. Nota di valore lo chef che esce dalla cucina per spiegarti i piatti trasmettendo la passione con i quali li prepara. Ottima esperienza che consiglio.

Dopo tre anni sono tornato a pranzare in questo ristorante, dato che ero in vacanza e si voleva rivisitare la bella val di Funes con particolare le Odle, cime dolomitiche aguzze da cui il nome in lingua locale, ebbene tornando al pranzo confermo di aver gustato ottimi piatti come tre anni prima, in particolare l'agnello con riso insaporito veramente ottimo per cui non si bada ai quasi 30 € del costo, ma ascoltando le minuziose spiegazioni dello chef si capisce che che c'è tanta ricerca di ingredienti dalla qualità superlativa con attenzione al territorio, così come in tutti i piatti , dal cappuccino di finferli ai grissini e ai dolci solo fatti in casa, nonché i primi e il favoloso speck. Come già detto non bisogna guardare il costo che comunque non è esoso se confrontati ad altri ristoranti di alta levatura.

17/03/2024: We were warmly welcomed upon arrival. The hotel is located directly on the slopes. The view is simply stunning from every place. The entire staff is incredibly friendly, courteous and professional. Breakfast, dinner with several courses, absolutely top. 5 stars for the kitchen! It couldn't be better. Wellness area is beautiful. Thanks to the entire team for the relaxing week.
12/03/2024: We have been going on ski holidays on the Seiser Alm for many years and always spend a week at the Hotel Santner. This is located directly on the ski slopes and is therefore easy and quick for us to reach. The hotel is always kept up to date by the Gabloner family Every year we find something new that makes our stay more pleasant. We feel at home here and are treated to regional delicacies around the clock. The chef and his team come up with new creations for their guests every day, which are always a special experience and pleasure for our palate. The service is top. The entire staff, from reception to room service, SPA, waiters, caretakers, etc., is always very friendly, attentive and courteous. We are already looking forward to the next ski holiday in 2025 at the Hotel Santner on the Seiser Alm Kind regards Thomas family
