17/08/2025: Angelo and his family are the soul of the place, and in every dish you can taste the history, hard work, and love behind every little element of their extensive menu. The price is fair for the quality of the products, but a bit expensive for the area. Parking is impossible, but even getting there requires a good knowledge of the area. The entrance is definitely not accessible to the disabled.

16/08/2025: Must try! Authentic and delicious cuisine. The tasting menu is truly tasty and comprehensive, and there are trays available for guests to make their own doggy bags. I was really impressed that they catered to allergies/intolerances, providing a valid alternative for each of the many courses!

11/09/2025: What a fantastic experience at Maniman Osteria! From the first moment, I felt truly welcome—the atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and you can immediately sense the passion behind everything. The risotto was simply delicious. Unfortunately, it turned out that the first positive experience needs to be cherished, because the second visit wasn't as good as the first.

21/08/2025: Clean and modern environment where white predominates. Large veranda with glass windows, beyond the large room, all with air conditioning. Very kind and helpful staff, patient even with the most unpleasant customers. Local relatives brought us. Very good and generous appetizer, authentic Neapolitan pizza with quality flours, many flavors, even unusual ones, excellent beers both bottled and on tap. I am a cult of Neapolitan pizza, I have eaten it even in the most renowned places and I can say that this is even better. The pizzeria is located in a nice, elegant and quiet neighborhood. I will return next time I go on vacation!!!! We had a lovely evening. Thank you. I forgot: Highly recommended.

16/08/2025: I ate pizza here for the first time with my school... this evening I went back with my husband... they make fantastic pizza, well cooked and well leavened... the staff are very friendly... I had a great time once again and will definitely go back... I highly recommend it.

31/08/2025: Discovered this place by chance on Maps. There are several menus to choose from, including a sharing menu, where you can choose from all the dishes offered. The latter features a selection of traditional dishes that promise a tasty experience. The vitello tonnato offers a classic and refined combination, with slices of tender meat accompanied by a creamy tuna sauce, perfect for starting the meal with a delicate yet bold flavor. The tajarin, handmade pasta, stands out for its rustic texture and authentic flavor, ideal for those who love the authentic flavors of local cuisine. The standout dish, however, is the bocconcino stracotto al Barbera: the slow-cooked meat literally melts in the mouth, made even more irresistible by the accompanying Barbera sauce. This rich and enveloping sauce, with deep notes of red wine, enhances every bite, creating a perfect balance between intense flavors and a smooth texture, making it the true star of the menu. A delight not to be missed! To round things off, we enjoyed bunet, a traditional Piedmontese dessert that left a lasting impression. Made with cocoa, crushed amaretti biscuits, and milk, this dessert has a creamy, velvety texture, similar to pudding, with a hint of bitterness from the caramel coating. The flavor is rich and enveloping, with delicate notes of cocoa blending perfectly with the crunchiness of the amaretti biscuits, making it a perfect and authentic finish to the meal. A truly traditional delight!

19/08/2025: Returning from vacation, we wanted to indulge in a few more hours of freedom. Lost in the wine country, this welcoming and elegant restaurant was a real surprise. Sublime food, meticulously explained on the menu, literally explodes in your mouth. The menu is divided between traditional and innovative dishes. A wide selection of wines and locally produced cheeses. Portions are more than generous. Special mention goes to the owner, who, without being intrusive, chatted with us on more than one occasion. A pet-friendly restaurant, for those of us who are never separated from our dogs. Highly recommended!

04/09/2025: A little pricey but delicious, fresh sushi fairly close to the water in Puglia. We came as soon as they opened for lunch and the waiter had good suggestions, but our favorite was the dragon roll.

29/07/2025: Fantastic place where you can eat excellently. The atmosphere is truly lovely, and you can try delicacies from all kinds of different cultures. I was there yesterday, and they made a baked pasta alla Picchiapo that was tempting just to look at. If you're looking for a different restaurant where you can eat outdoors, this is the place. The staff is always super friendly. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

25/07/2025: I went today for the first time, and the atmosphere is super nice. There's no table service, but that's expected in a place like this. Very good food and excellent prices. We had two large beers, one small beer, one bottle of water, one large plate of fregola with octopus, and a plate of paatas arugada, and we paid 30 euros.

27/08/2025: I purchased Ninin's Sacher cake for a family occasion. I was welcomed by courteous and professional people who advised me on the choice of decorations. The pastry shop is very welcoming, furnished with great taste and very pleasant colours. The "window" from which you can see the work of the pastry chefs is beautiful. The best part comes once you get home and open the "chest" containing the cake. It was a real pleasure to taste this little wonder, with a balanced and pleasant taste! Excellent experience, from the boutique to the tasting, all the attention to detail and passion you dedicate to the work "behind the scenes" shines through. Until next time.

15/08/2025: The cuisine is unconventional or traditional, and the chef is excellent, even at the tables. I ate well. The restaurant is small, and with the mid-August temperatures, it was a bit warm.
