A truly memorable May Day lunch at Marenuesciu Cucina Tipica Marinara. Considering it was a holiday and the restaurant was full, the wait was absolutely appropriate: relaxed and well-managed, never too long or excessive. The food was simply exquisite: incredibly fresh, rich in flavor, and capable of taking me back to a typical Sunday lunch. Those genuine, full, and sincere flavors that are rarely found so well expressed these days. Furthermore, I had the pleasure of tasting dishes I'd never tried before, such as the fresh pasta with fresh tuna and Primitivo sauce and the sweet and sour fennel: two truly surprising discoveries. The strong point, however, was their kindness. It's what made the experience even more special. A place with such a relaxed atmosphere, such flavorful cuisine, and people who exude true hospitality undoubtedly deserves 5/5 stars. The attached photos unfortunately don't do it justice, partly because of the lighting, but I assure you, it's a completely different experience in person. Highly recommended.

Eat excellent, high-quality food

I highly recommend it, everything was excellent.

If you ever stop by Trepuzzi area, you have to try this Mom/Pop seafood restaurant! We had 8 small Tapa-like dishes of chef's special course. Two of the 8 could compete for Michelin star quality. Their fish was very fresh and simply prepared to reserve the original seafood taste. The restaurant is not in a touristy town so the price was very reasonable. We are back in the US now, otherwise we would go back to eat there again.

A wonderful discovery of Italian cuisine. High-quality ingredients, delicious dishes, and excellent service. A truly lovely evening for us; we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.
