We had a wonderful experience at Sabatini in Trastevere! The atmosphere was charming, and the service made it even better. Our waiter Roberto was incredibly funny and friendly, making us feel right at home. It was also a great surprise when the chef came out personally to ask if everything was alright — a lovely touch that showed how much they care. The food was delicious, and we truly felt welcomed. Highly recommended!

Good viraety of sea food and meat dishes. Dishes well prepared and served. Very friendly and attentive staff. Good location with a nice view. Would come back here again for sure. Love this place!

Merita ancora le nostre attenzioni nonostante siano trascorsi oltre 30 anni, i ricordi ci assalgono, probabilmente non era proprio tutto così, sicuramente è più bello, accogliente, camerieri di gran gentilezza, cordialità e competenza e poi lo Chef, Paolo, sapientemente in un angolo di paradiso! Ci tiene e noi ci siamo fatti coccolare, grazie per la bella domenica in una delle piazze più intime di Roma!👏👏👏👏 Ah dimenticavo…. insegnate agli stranieri a mangiare gli spaghetti senza tagliarli, potrei reagire male😂😂😂🤩

We enjoyed our meal here very much. We shared a board with cured meats and cheeses. My partner had sea bream which was amazing. I had spaghetti with crispy pork cheek which was also very good. The restaurant itself has a very nice ambiance and a lovely location opposite Basilica Santa Maria in Trastavere. It was quite expensive but we still enjoyed very much what we had. Our young waiter was a very pleasant and helpful young man also

12/04/2025: Absolute MUST visit. It’s a very chill place with the most AMAZING pizza and Gnocchi! There is an amazing atmosphere and it says a lot that most people eating here are the locals. I can recommend the truffle pizza! I would go to Rome again just for that pizza. 😍🤌

17/05/2025: Friendly approach and very fresh food, fair prices (for two, appetizers, main courses, water, dessert, coffee and two glasses €87), the pleasant outdoor environment, is accompanied by a beautiful garden and view of the lake that complete the picture. The private parking is priceless! Great both in the kitchen and in the service!
11/05/2025: Recommended by a relative, the result was above expectations. Lake fish for me and excellent vegan options for my wife. Adequate wine list. Impeccable service, elegant and private setting. Very satisfied, I will certainly return.
