The environment is typical and very well-kept, excellent food, impeccable service. The final price was also very fair. 10/06/2025: Been traveling in Italy for almost a month now and this was without doubt the worst meal ever. The bread was not even fully fermented so you would be having raw dough. Baby octopus was so salty that we had to stop eating half way through. Over priced as well. Avoid at all cost.

29/05/2025: I wanted to share my experience with this place, I was with friends one evening, we immediately asked the owner about the furniture who explained to us that it was completely recycled, therefore also an eye to the environment. We were served with hamburgers that everyone liked very much. A great experience, I recommend it.

27/06/2025: I was walking around Turin and, having read many positive reviews of this place, and after having seen many photos of their dishes on social media, I decided with my son to try their plin. We booked and were kindly welcomed by the owner. In the menus, honestly, the embarrassment of choice of various dishes, plin and tajarin prepared in many ways and it was not easy to choose! I was tempted by the plin with castelmagno and, I'm not ashamed, I even mopped it up! My son instead had them with tomato and Bra sausage, delicious! The entrees also deserve a special mention, served in glass bowls together with hot and fragrant croutons! Not having much time available we moved on to dessert and I was tempted by their bonet, not the usual one you expect but a recipe modified by grandma Sandrina, excellent to say the least, served with a bowl of hot chocolate to add at the moment! Finally a coffee, Jamaica Blue Mountain whose flavor has remained in my mind, I have never drunk better coffee. Coffee lovers will surely appreciate it, since it is highly appreciated worldwide for its flavor and, as a final treat, together with the coffee another bowl arrived with a very welcome surprise that I will leave to those who will have the pleasure of tasting it to discover! Prices proportionate to the high quality of the ingredients, impeccable preparation, excellent service! I recommend everyone to try this experience and above all book because there are few places!

It was an unforgettable evening, with attention to every detail. Alessandro, the owner and all the staff were simply extraordinary: professional, present, but always discreet, with a sincere attention that made the difference. We felt pampered, welcomed like family. Each of our requests was listened to with availability and carried out with care and passion. The result? A perfect party, which exceeded our expectations and which remained in the hearts not only of us parents, but also of the guests, who filled us with compliments. Thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts for making this important day a real dream. We will always carry with us the memory of this wonderful experience.

02/06/2025: I discovered this restaurant 2 years ago so by chance I was a guest and it was love at first sight 😊 today it was my turn to celebrate my child's communion (I should point out that when I had the date here there was no more availability I preferred to celebrate after the date marked for me precisely because it was here that I wanted to celebrate) I chose them for the spectacular location, delicious and high quality food, Alessandro and Giuseppe two exquisite people always available, the very attentive staff what can I say I would go back again and again and again keep it up guys thanks again for the beautiful party ☺️🤗

A CORNER OF AUTHENTIC PIEDMONTESE TRADITION: DAI SALETTA, IN THE HEART OF TURIN As soon as you cross the threshold, you are welcomed by a warm and familiar atmosphere, where dark wood and rustic details create a simple environment but full of personality. The staff, always courteous and prepared, makes you feel immediately at home. The real protagonist, however, is the menu. During my visits I had the pleasure of tasting dishes that tell the story of the area: from grandmother's agnolotti with braised meat sauce, to the tender and fragrant braised meat in Barolo, to the desserts that taste like pampering from times gone by, such as zabaglione cream with torcetti di Lanzo or Gianduja ice cream, a tribute to the famous Turin chocolate. 23/05/2025: Impeccable!! I enjoyed lots of very well-prepared Italian specialties. The servers were very kind and welcoming, and the restaurant is well-located in the heart of the troglodyte settlements!

22/05/2025: I read some serious reviews about this restaurant here. I can only think that these people were very unlucky. I found the atmosphere on the terrace very pleasant, the service was absolutely kind and courteous, the food very good and the price fair, in line with the prices charged in the region. The experience was so good that I went back the next day. Later I realized that most of the reviews were quite old, from years ago, so I think they are no longer justified. I recommend it.

15/06/2025: We had a very nice meal here. The restaurant is calm and not as busy as soon, so you get a better quality of service. The food is good quality and cooked well, the portions are slightly smaller so this was the first time I managed to eat 3 courses during our stay. The rabbit is very good, also the tiramisu. Wine by the glass was also good. We spent around 90 euro for 2 people.

Special turmeric dough, I love their margherita and especially the bread fritters, every Saturday I spend €2.50 for a margherita and a bag of bread fritters (€1 = 10 bread fritters) and I am super super satisfied!!! Friendly staff and the place is very nice and fresh; the bathroom is always very clean and their services work without problems. I find it a place to recommend to anyone, young and old, I hope you NEVER close ❤️
