14/12/2025: We stopped at the "Grazie Rosa" sandwich shop after a tough match: we couldn't have chosen a better way to eat! Incredible sandwiches and a wide selection of gluten-free beers (with an exclusive Christmas version); the lager was also very good. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming: when we return to Prato, we'll definitely know where to go for lunch! ♥️♥️♥️

06/11/2025: Ristorante Manna Noto, discovered on our last day, was easily one of the best dining experiences of our entire Sicilian vacation. It is a true hidden gem, tucked away just a short drive from our hotel (only 9 minutes!), nestled beautifully among olive and mandarin fields. Ambiance and Hospitality: As soon as we drove in, the setting was stunning; the outdoor courtyard was beautiful, and the interior was the perfect blend of rustic and stylish. We were greeted warmly at the door and immediately felt like we were entering someone's home rather than a restaurant. The waiters were incredibly friendly, professional, and natural. We even chatted and laughed together! They provided personal, thoughtful recommendations for both wine and food and genuinely did not try to upsell us on the most expensive items. The Exceptional Food: The menu is wonderfully diverse, offering excellent choices of antipasti, pasta (including gnocchi), fish, meat, and plenty of vegetarian options. What sets Manna apart is that the menu included delicious dishes not only from Sicily but also from other regions of Italy—my husband loved his special of Tuscan Beef Stew. I ordered the superb Caponata and Gnocchi, and my daughter enjoyed the Pasta with Lamb Ragu. Every course, from the antipasti to the mains, was exceptionally delicious. A special shout-out must go to the bread: it was the best I've had in Italy—fresh and perfectly made of sourdough! The desserts, with their intense taste of local fruits, were also fantastic. And the Arancina—the flavor was so incredibly intense it lingered for hours. Despite having a close-to-fine-dining, slightly poshy ambiance, the staff's warmth and natural manner made us feel completely at ease and comfortable. If you are anywhere near Noto, you must make a reservation to eat here. You will not regret it!

They immediately complimented me on the restaurant—beautiful, welcoming, and elegant—and then they were thrilled with the pizzas and desserts, and with Gianluca's hospitality, always available and smiling. 02/11/2025: Excellent experience, good food, and a good wine list as well. Excellent service, average price for Franciacorta restaurants. In my personal opinion, there was too much fish compared to meat, but only because I'm not a particular fan of fish. We'll definitely return.

08/12/2025: A truly pleasant experience, the place is very welcoming and truly charming; the only flaw is the acoustics, which aren't exactly optimal. The staff is extremely friendly. The dishes are excellent, especially the first courses (the tagliatelle verdi are definitely worth mentioning, truly exquisite and delicate), but the second courses are also truly excellent. I highly recommend it, especially for its location, an exceptional village in the Val d'Orcia that's definitely worth a visit: Monticchiello.

For those who want to try unique dishes paired with fine wines, I highly recommend this restaurant. 19/11/2025: The very welcoming and charming atmosphere, the truly courteous but never overbearing staff, and the delicious, carefully prepared dishes certainly make this restaurant a strong point. Add to that the excellent value for money, and it's easy to see why I'll definitely return if I have the chance. Congratulations to everyone!

16/11/2025: I rarely write reviews, but today I have to compliment Giorgio and his entire staff. Lunch with a large family. Everything was exceptional: the elegant and welcoming location, the amazing menu, the very kind waiters, always ready to accommodate every little need. We'll definitely be back.
