16/09/2025: We've been there several times for business lunches! Both the amatriciana and the griscia are excellent. The place is quiet, and the staff is friendly and helpful. There's a nice outdoor area with a playground for kids! I recommend stopping by for a nice, relaxing lunch.

14/09/2025: The manager was more than friendly, especially when we asked to move outside given the beautiful day. The traditional dish was sublime. Excellent value for money! Must try.

06/10/2025: We chose Ai Vicoli for our first evening in Trento. Unfortunately, we hadn't noticed that the restaurant didn't open until 7 p.m. and arrived at 6 p.m. Luckily, the attached wine bar, which opens at 6 p.m., was offering a special TrentoDOC Fest offer, so we were able to sample three different TrentoDOCs as an aperitif. The service and food were fantastic. We highly recommend Ai Vicoli!

15/10/2025: Excellent service, delicious cuisine, extremely kind and helpful staff. The dining room is large but carefully and discreetly divided for each table. I highly recommend it if you want to take a gastronomic journey through China, Japan, and Vietnam.

12/10/2025: We had dinner here for two; the place is very nice and well-maintained. We felt very well-served and friendly. The dishes were very good, despite their cuisine being very different from ours. Of what we tried, the ravioli are definitely highly recommended (with the sole exception of the shrimp one, at least for our personal taste, which was slightly out of place compared to the rest; the mushroom ones were truly superb). The duck was delicious, despite the "unusual" way of eating it. As for desserts, although I still don't really appreciate Chinese cuisine, I have to say they were excellent. Overall, the ingredients and attention to detail are truly those of a great restaurant. We'll be back soon to try other dishes.

16/09/2025: I had an exceptional fried pizza with toppings. Next time I'm here, like today, for work, I'll definitely try other specialties. Then when he told me the price, I thought he'd made a mistake and forgotten to add something. Really good pizza and low prices. I can only give it 5 stars.

09/10/2025: I had seafood stew and squid ink pasta. The food was delicious! The squid was sweet and tender!! I changed the menu right after I placed my order, and they changed it without a trace. I was grateful that they greeted me with a big smile whenever we made eye contact.

03/10/2025: A little gem in Plazores We ourselves are from Vigilio di Marebbe, but here at the Plazores guesthouse with André and Jan, we always feel at home – and at the same time, like we're on a special journey. The old farmhouse parlor radiates warmth and comfort, and you immediately sense that heart and tradition are at the heart here. The food is simply outstanding: authentic Ladin cuisine, finely balanced with South Tyrolean hospitality. Every dish bears the hallmark of dedication and attention to detail. You can taste their connection to the region – honest, authentic, and of the highest quality. The friendliness of André and Jan, who welcome their guests with natural warmth, deserves special mention. It's also fascinating that they speak so many languages ​​perfectly, understand every guest, and make everyone feel welcome. This is where genuine hospitality, culinary authenticity, and an ambience steeped in history come together. Added to this is the family atmosphere: the mother herself is in the kitchen, conjuring up wonderful dishes, while the father tends the farm and feeds the animals. This authenticity and down-to-earth atmosphere make the visit even more special. In short: Plazores is not just an inn, but a place where we feel happy and richly blessed. Highly recommended!

21/10/2025: Nestled in the Valpolicella region, we were looking for a place to savor local products. This restaurant was recommended to us. And I must say, we were very pleased. Their dishes were truly delicious, with well-balanced and bold flavors, just like this magnificent region. We washed everything down with two glasses of good wine. It's a shame we didn't get to try their desserts; that'll be an excuse to come back.

07/09/2025: It's an unusual restaurant that I've been following for years and I never miss a trip to their place. They're always extremely helpful with any requests, for example, they know I love fried mussels and they make a separate portion for me with them, not to mention the selection of wines and the spirits and bitters that they produce themselves... let's be clear, I'm not a member of theirs, truly the best in Gallipoli... then now with the new location, the icing on the cake (obviously that's also good)

18/10/2025: Dinner for two, we had a wonderful time, the atmosphere was very refined and welcoming, the service was perfect and friendly. We had a skewer with potatoes that wasn't on the menu, and the trio of tartare with vegetables. Everything was perfect, we'll be back because we were interested in other items on the menu. 15/10/2025: Amazing pan pizza! Super light dough, rotating with special flours (whole wheat rye, hemp, buckwheat, burnt wheat, etc.) and very interesting toppings with seasonal vegetables grown by them! The guys are super kind.
