Nice welcome, attentive service, good menu that's appropriate for the price, nice view of the valley, clean toilets, we'll be happy to come back.

We discovered this place by chance while going for a walk by the lake and I must say that it was a wonderful discovery, the food, service and desserts were all delicious 🤤 thank you very much and see you soon

We were passing through the mountains and stopped at this restaurant we found online, making a less than 1km detour from the main road. It was a pleasant surprise! We ate very well (I particularly recommend the creamed cod) and were treated very well, so much so that we would have stayed longer to enjoy the evening. It's worth going there, whether you're local or passing through. I gave 5 stars to everything and 4 stars to the environment but only because we like softer lights... but these are personal tastes. We will certainly return, perhaps more calmly to be able to drink at least one bottle from the very interesting cellar. Advised!

On the door I saw no "stars", but inside I found "sky and sea"! Positive experience, found both satisfaction and pleasure, and in many respects, that a place must, or rather should offer.

First time and there will be many more. Beautiful place, you can eat in peace with Maurizio who is very good at managing the delivery of the dishes. Both the first and second courses are excellent, not to mention the wonderful desserts. All made by them, dinner completed by various types of bread (baked by them). Congratulations to everyone 👏👏

Ci sono tornata stasera , dopo diverse esperienze passate. Abbiamo degustato dei tagliolini all’uovo con tartufo bianco d’Alba, …..:sublimi, proseguito con gamberi al vapore con puntarelle e bolliti misti con le loro mostarde e salse. Il tutto con sapori ben bilanciati, alta qualità degli ingredienti e impiattamento elegante. X finire sorbetto ai frutti rossi. Coccolati alla fine da biscottini e zucchero filato. Bevuto Lugana Montonale, buono ! Conto in linea con quanto mangiato. Lo consiglio a tutti! Personale e proprietari gentilissimi, simpatici e professionali. Bravi 👏

Un ottimo ristorante a Endine Gaiano (BG), LA TRISA! Era un po' che non andavamo. Locale elegante, rifatto. Si mangiano dei piatti che non è facile trovare in altri ristoranti. Noi abbiamo mangiato: Un'antipasto di salumi ricercati eccellenti (Salame, carne salata, lardo di montagna, bresaola e coppa con polenta e funghi). Il primo è stato la loro "Maledetta", con porri e taleggio, aromatizzata al tartufo nero, con aggiunta di tartufo nero; buonissima da fare anche la scarpetta nel taleggio fuso con il tartufo. Per secondo una loro novità: quaglia ripiena con polentina e funghi. Il dessert è stato Una Sfera di cioccolato fondente con biscotto di mandorla, pepe, mango e passion. Il tutto accompagnato con un calice di spumante rose' e un calice di valpolicella ripasso. Per finire un caffè "Guatemala", scelto tra i 4 speciali (tra cui: il Guatamala, il Gualapagos, il Nepal e il Congo) e assieme, per deliziarci, una nuvola di zucchero filato con dei biscottini deliziosi fatti da loro. Personale di sala molto gentile e professionale. Gli chefs, perché sono in due, il menù parla da solo. Prezzo adeguato a quella che abbiamo mangiato.
