Truly fantastic! The food was delicious, the staff was courteous and knowledgeable, and the place was very welcoming. They even threw a surprise for my brother, knowing he'd graduated. Highly recommended.

Excellent. Nothing to complain about! Service by true professionals, a welcoming, clean, and fragrant atmosphere (not to mention the truly exclusive and breathtaking location in the historic center). The memorable dishes... they are breathtaking to say the least! The kitchen puts in a long and meticulous effort to transform the fish (and the meat variations, for those who don't eat seafood) into something that makes you smile with every bite. Absolutely worth a try. For those who love good, expensive cuisine, without boasting too much about its gourmet appeal, this is a must-visit in the Ciociaria! And, if I may say so, with a truly excellent quality/price ratio! Congratulations.

Yesterday with my wife... recommended by a friend: the flavors of each dish were perfectly balanced, the very professional staff went out of their way to make our dining experience enjoyable, attentive without being intrusive. 17/05/2026: Today, Sunday, May 17th, we decided to have a family lunch at the Museum restaurant in Fiuggi, and believe me, calling it just "a wonderful experience" would be an understatement. It was a true triumph of flavors, courtesy, and professionalism. ​As soon as you walk in, you're greeted by a meticulously maintained and spotlessly clean location, an elegant and warm atmosphere, where every detail is meticulously designed. ​The service was simply excellent; the staff demonstrated unparalleled professionalism and extraordinary kindness, qualities that are now rare and make you feel pampered from the first to the last moment. ​And then... the food. It's truly difficult to find the right words to describe how delicious everything was. We started with an incredible assortment of appetizers: excellent, top-quality cured meats, amazing cheeses, and expertly cooked vegetables. A start that alone was worth the visit. But the real highlight came with the first courses: simply superb, a perfect balance of flavors that left the whole family extremely satisfied. At the Museum restaurant, you don't just go to eat; you go to enjoy an unforgettable culinary experience. Kudos to the entire staff for the passion you convey in every detail. We'll definitely be back. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The à la carte menu offers an interesting selection, with meat as the main focus, featuring select cuts. The appetizers and first courses are also excellent. Prices are reasonable considering the quality of the meat served. I recommend trying it.
