The restaurant is located in a truly picturesque location, with a splendid view from above that allows you to admire the entire landscape. We recommend parking downtown and taking a pleasant walk there. ​Special mention goes to the staff, who are truly friendly and welcoming. As for the food, the quality is undeniable: we thoroughly enjoyed both the shrimp gnocchi and the pasta alla norma, and the tagliata was also an excellent choice. ​The prices are slightly higher than average, but overall the quality of the experience and the dishes justify the expense. Overall, it's a highly recommended place!

A very nice place, generous and welcoming staff, excellent service since the waiting times are very short and above all quality food and generous portions, the pizza is very good and above all the location is wonderful because there is a breathtaking view and it is not a place where there is a lot of noise.

Wonderful location with incredible views of the surrounding area, from the sea to the slopes of Mount Etna. Friendly and helpful staff. Wonderful food and guaranteed value for money. The only thing to be aware of if you're driving is that the roads are very narrow, so be careful. A well-deserved 5 stars.

We dined at Il Borgo del Saraceno and were extremely satisfied in every way! The first thing that strikes you is undoubtedly the restaurant's location, which offers a simply exceptional view. But the real surprise is that the experience goes far beyond the view: the food is excellent, carefully prepared with quality ingredients, and the portions are truly generous. Special praise goes to the staff, always smiling, friendly, and attentive. We felt welcomed right at home. They were extremely accommodating to our requests: for example, when we asked for a different pasta shape than the one on the menu, they accommodated us without a problem. Furthermore, when we ordered fried fish and were informed that the calamari were out of stock, they offered us several alternatives and ultimately brought us a truly exceptional fried dish, enriched with sardines a beccafico, shrimp, and delicious fish fillets. It was also a real pleasure to chat with the staff, who contributed to creating an authentic and family-like atmosphere. At the end of the dinner, they even offered us an excellent limoncello, a much-appreciated gesture. The prices are also absolutely fair, especially considering the quality of the food, the impeccable service, and the generous portions. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for an authentic Sicilian experience of cuisine and hospitality. If we're ever in the area again, we'll definitely be back!

We had a super delicious meal. The staff were very friendly, and the atmosphere was lovely with fairy lights and a beautiful view. The drive up is a bit tight by car, but definitely doable. Otherwise, there is plenty of space downstairs as well.
