I arrived in a hurry for a friend's birthday. An intimate dinner for five. I was immediately overwhelmed by the warm, friendly, and intimate atmosphere. The colors, the style, the black-and-white film on the projector but with no sound. Beautiful. The menu was presented and we began. Incredible tastes and flavors, especially for meat lovers—good meat, I mean. Shortly before midnight, I rushed to the counter and asked for a tiramisu with a candle, and they satisfied me in just two minutes. What an incredible place. I'll be back. P.S. Two recommended wines, both very good.

One of the best places I've ever eaten. The quality and deliciousness of their products are impossible to describe, not to mention the cleanliness and attention to detail. The staff are incredibly kind and meticulous. Highly recommended for an unforgettable dinner. I was there for the first time in January and returned yesterday, February 15th. I'll definitely be back.

A unique restaurant in the Centocelle area with a menu featuring various versions of meat tartare, bruschetta, and raw Japanese dishes. Excellent nagiri with meat carpaccio and caramelized onion, and the bruschetta with avocado, pecorino cheese, and egg. Very friendly staff.

I've dined here a few times and have always had a great experience. The food is tasty and delicious, and the staff is friendly and attentive. The wine list is good, but the beer selection is less so, with only two varieties available on tap. I recommend adding craft beers to the menu. The price is fair.

A great find, an excellent restaurant serving raw meat and meat sushi. We had mixed sushi, mixed tartare, and a bao, along with a glass of wine, and I have to say, everything was perfect. You'll be blown away! The staff were incredibly friendly, the location was welcoming, and the food was truly excellent! Definitely worth trying again!

09/04/2026: What a birthday lunch!! I went today with my partner to celebrate my birthday. What can I say? Just looking at the menu and wine list, you're torn between "I can't wait to try as much as I can" and "I can't wait to go back with this group of friends and that one so they can try everything." Slow Food cured meat appetizers, with unique aromas and textures, mouth-watering veal sweetbreads, and their soft taco with tasty and flavorful sheep strips (made with traditional Turkish bazlama bread, also made with potatoes). We then tried Sora Maria's famous cannelloni, excellent! Finally, the trio of Roman lamb PGI: three different dishes, just the right amount to appreciate it in these three variations, each one better than the last. All accompanied by two recommended glasses of white wine, an excellent Trebbiano di Affile and a Fiano di Avellino. Finally, the desserts: pastiera, a huge portion, and a delicious chocolate and raspberry cube. Definitely worth returning to, especially to take advantage of the wine list. It features a wide selection of French wines, divided by region, along with quality wines from all over Italy and a wealth of local wines, especially Cesanese, of course. I congratulate you on your cuisine; the attention you put into it is evident and evident.
09/04/2026: Elegant but not overly so, sophisticated but in a "homely" way. It's the right place for those who want to eat seriously well! For those who know flavors and don't compromise on the palate! Always a guarantee!
