19/05/2026: Unfortunately, the strong winds ruined the experience, but this was obviously not Tenuta Klopè's fault, which, however, lived up to our expectations. Beautiful location, delicious food, and top-notch service. Highly recommended, we'll be back soon!

10/05/2026: A restaurant that took the place and name of an old trattoria that for years was at the heart of Roman gastronomic tradition. Moreover, it's located in an area teeming with tourists, those seeking spaghetti with meatballs and fettuccine Alfredo. It seemed impossible to please everyone, Romans and non-Romans alike, yet this charming place manages to do so. The premises have been tastefully renovated. There's no noise, just pleasant piano music in the background, and everyone works hard to make their guests feel comfortable. The menu offers a mix of both, and here are spaghetti with meatballs (delicious) and traditional Roman dishes prepared with great care and skill. I remember a first-class carbonara and excellent saltimbocca alla romana, but the menu is long and varied. The desserts are all homemade by the very kind wife of one of the owners. All in all, a very pleasant evening in a restaurant that has a demanding legacy to uphold, and does so with passion and skill.

08/05/2026: Dinner for two on May 4, 2026. Nice, welcoming place with a warm atmosphere. Centrally located, a 10-minute walk from Castro Pretorio. We ordered a carbonara, an amatriciana, two portions of baked potatoes, and one of meatballs in tomato sauce, along with two bottles of water for €63.50. I used €50 of Yummi credit. Everything was applied precisely and without any issues. The dishes were adequate in quantity and quality. Excellent service, led by a very friendly, welcoming, and cheerful lady. I also recommend it because it's authentic and not touristy.

03/05/2026: A great experience, dinner with friends at this lovely restaurant in the heart of Cagliari. Dishes are freshly prepared by a talented young chef using excellent ingredients. The desserts are also top-notch! The young owners are very kind and welcoming. They also have outdoor seating. Highly recommended!

28/02/2026: Good and cheap pizzas, the only flaw is that the mini pizzas are not able to satisfy the demand, so arm yourself with patience.

26/02/2026: You have to try Giustina's pizza at least once in your life. The dough is excellent for lunch or dinner, takeout, or a quick bite. A must-try in Centocelle. The owner and staff are friendly and hardworking. I recommend it 100%. Highly recommended.

03/06/2026: We dined at La Panacea after reading the excellent reviews online, and we can say that our expectations were fully met, indeed exceeded. The welcome was warm and the atmosphere very pleasant, familiar, and authentic. Special thanks to Gabriele, who looked after us throughout the evening with great professionalism, expertise, and courtesy, providing excellent advice on both the dishes and the wine. The meat was truly excellent, perfectly cooked and of superior quality. The trio of tartares was not to be missed, carefully prepared and rich in flavor. The recommended Syrah was also excellent, pairing perfectly with the dinner. A place where you immediately feel at home, with quality products and attentive staff. If you're in the Pisa area, it's definitely worth a visit. We'll definitely be back! Finally, I'd like to add that restaurants like this need no reviews or introductions; they're already excellent in their own right. Keep up the good work!

31/05/2026: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An unforgettable experience — far beyond a meal. From the moment we sat down, the service was exceptional. Our waiter took the time to explain every dish with patience and enthusiasm, and his recommendations were spot on. This is clearly a place run by people who are passionate about what they do. Almost everything is made in-house — the charcuterie on the antipasti, the bread, the pasta, the desserts. You can taste the difference. The meat was outstanding: perfectly aged, expertly cooked, and the owner's knowledge of each cut is impressive. The atmosphere is wonderfully local and family-like. No pretension, just genuine warmth. The owner himself came to our table several times throughout the evening to check in, share stories, and make sure we were happy — that personal touch made all the difference. But the real cherry on top? After dinner, with 7 km back to Pisa and five of us unable to find a single taxi, we were stranded as the last guests of the night. Without hesitation, the owner offered to drive us all back to our accommodation — in his vintage car. It was one of those magical, unexpected moments that turns a great dinner into a truly memorable story. If you're anywhere near Pisa, make the trip. La Panacea is the real deal.

11/05/2026: A must visit if you are driving or staying close by, or even visit from a far. Paola is such a incredible person, there is so much history in this restaurant and in the small village. Food is AMAZING, and the dessert with almond and whine mousse was soooo good! We will never forget this place, and will definitely come back if we can.

08/05/2026: A stop at Bar Ucci, in the magnificent Castello di Volpaia, was a small but precious part of our experience. A welcoming, authentic place, where you immediately feel at home thanks to the extraordinary kindness of its owners. A special thanks to Signora Paola, who is truly amazing: always smiling, helpful, and attentive, accommodating every request with great courtesy and ease. We were particularly impressed by her willingness to prepare something suitable for my mother, taking into account her dietary restrictions with thoughtfulness, sensitivity, and so much attention. A gesture we truly appreciated! It's those small, important details, combined with a sincere smile and a warm welcome, that make all the difference and transform a simple break into a beautiful memory. A genuine place, run with love, absolutely worth a visit!

17/04/2026: Nothing short of exceptional! Solo walk-in customer and treated with utter kindness and warmth. The food was next level - the parmigiana was absolutely delectable. Aperol Spritz made with a generous volume of Aperol! Loved my time. The vistas are a gem.

16/04/2026: Absolutely fantastic. We visited for day whilst staying in Cefalu. Lovely walk up from train station. Food was outstanding. Loving presentation and highest possible quality. We have ordered charcuterie boards across Italy and cant recall a better example. Our kids were treated so kindly and patiently also. Place was busy but never rushed and service was friendly, quick, kind and generous. Great relaxed atmosphere. Wine and superb Sicilian. Cannot recommend highly enough!

16/05/2026: A wonderful Saturday evening with friends. Everything was delicious: the scarpariello pasta was sublime, the grilled sea bass delicious, the broccoli rabe superb, the nougat dessert and the pastiera excellent. We'll be back.

27/12/2025: A chic restaurant - the cuisine, atmosphere, service are just top notch! The waiters are all smiling, very friendly ❤️ But, unfortunately, the evening was spoiled: there was a drunk man in the hall who created an unpleasant situation, and we never received any help from either the administrator or the security (which was nonexistent). Only the waiters and the musicians who sang helped - but this is not their job at all, and it shouldn't be like that. This is unacceptable in a restaurant of this level - guests should feel safe.

22/11/2025: The restaurant is clean and elegant, very modern. I prefer more rustic, tavern-like environments, rather than elegant ones, but the service was excellent. I'm not an expert on Ukrainian cuisine, but I really enjoyed it. The portions are also very generous. Parking is easy. I'll gladly return, especially in the winter. The soups are fabulous.
