13/04/2025: Such a beautiful and amazing place!! The people were wonderful and so nice. The food was absolutely delicious!

06/04/2025: Magnificent experience. There were four of us and we wanted to try different dishes. Starters and first courses all good. I have difficulty pointing out one in particular. local products cooked with the right originality. Special environment in a restored and tastefully furnished convent where the tables are set with care. We will certainly return when we can eat in the garden which, due to the darkness, we could only see in photos. It must also be said that we were welcomed with extreme kindness and help considering that we were with a small child who was also immediately equipped with a high chair. A heartfelt thank you to the cook and to those who served us at the table.

Makes me want to go back to Florence just for the meals at this cute little spot. Also, does anyone happen to know what they use for their house white wine?? My friend and I were obsessed🤩

02/03/2025: I was very lucky to be able to just pop in and sit down. A stylish, slightly dark interior. The interior of the store and the food are each carefully designed. Next door is a small church square, and the windows are large, creating a relaxing space. It was delicious and great for a light drink ◎

05/04/2025: Absolutely delicious breakfast sandwiches and crepes. The service and staff were extremely friendly and accommodating for gluten free options for my boyfriend. Right on the water as well so a beautiful view whip you wait! 10/10 reccomend. Also loved the picture wall!!!

22/03/2025: Siamo stati a pranzo in questo locale (era il nostro anniversario), abbiamo mangiato pesce eccezionale , pur essendo della zona mai avrei pensato che esisteva un ristorante di questo livello. Siamo del settore e quindi a maggior ragione difficili quando si deve giudicare, a partire dalla degustazione di antipasti finemente presentati da Maurizio passando per la frittura ..leggera e croccante al punto giusto. Concluso con un sorbetto rivisitato ma arrivato direttamente da Sorrento, il tutto accompagnato da un Muller Turgau consigliato dallo stesso titolare. Che dire ci siamo lasciati per le prossime volte i primi e gli altri secondi. Bravi continuate così un caro saluto Maurizio e Antonella ( dimenticavo il piccolo pensiero per il ns anniversario).. un caro saluto ed a presto Maurizio e Antonella

08/03/2025: We happened to find Gaia Bio one of our first nights in Rome and it ended up being the best discovery of our entire trip. Of all the restaurants we went to on our week long trip, Gaia Bio was the only one we had to visit twice. The pizza was not only the best I had in Rome, but the best in the world. When I look back on our trip, Gaia Bio is what I will think of first. I cannot wait to return!

31/03/2025: Finalmente anche io faccio parte di chi ha avuto il piacere di cenare da Luciano... persona squisita... a cui faccio i miei più sinceri complimenti... che dire... cucina eccezionale.. prodotti fatti in casa e si vede... prezzo stracciato per un menu fisso di 30 euro dall'antipasto al caffè... non c'è discussione...posso solo aggiungere una info per chi si appresta ad andare per la prima volta... potrebbe succedere che google maps prima di giungere su al paese vi chieda di svoltare a sx per una salita ripidissima.. poiché trovandosi in pieno centro non è possibile accedere con la macchina... procedete per circa 700-800 mt circa ci sono due ampi parcheggi sulla dx... in cima vedrete la torre.. arrivate lì a piedi sulla sx c'è una strada tipica di un centro cittadino farete 50mt a dx si trova la trattoria...e buon appetito...

29/03/2025: What can I say! All very good! A quality, genuine and above all traditional cuisine. Very rustic and characteristic place. Superlative value for money, we felt truly pampered. As well as being very good, the chef is also really kind and friendly! Highly recommended 😀
