Ristorante Le Naumachie In Taormina

Easily the best (fine) dining experience in Taormina! Creative and tasty food, very friendly staff, great wines, big value for your money - a must visit on every stay in Taormina. Thanks to the chef and the team for a great evening!

Visited this divine restaurant about a month ago. We are traveling the world and visiting the Michelin guide recommended restaurants (not stars, too expensive for no reason for our opinion), this restaurant we found on trip advisor and there was no chance to book a table so we just came relatively late and they accepted us with warmth. What can I tell you… It was the best meal in Taormina, maybe in the world. Every dish was delightful, every detail, the wine recommendation, the staff, the ambiance, EVERYTHING was just PERFECT. All the michelin guide recommended restaurants we visited in taormina were nothing compared to this meal. The so talented chef came to check on us and it also added to the special experience. Don’t think twice, go to this restaurant and get the best meal of your life - guaranteed.

Phenomenal - the eggplant ravioli was so, so good. As was the cannoli. Service was excellent and our waitress very kind.

Located in a less chaotic side street of the center. Quality food, very attentive service. Mandatory stop in Taormina.

We were really looking forward to coming here and the service was immediately excellent. My friend had a great tasting eggplant appetizer and the duck they were amazing. I had the lamb myself and it was disappointing. Very dry, saltless and tasteless. Sad. I wanted to leave room for dessert and ordered Zabailiogne foam ice cream. My taste is not sweet and this dessert was very sweet. I could only eat half. As a Nordic paying customer, it was troublesome for me when I asked for the bill, so first the young waiter wondered why I didn't eat dessert. Immediately after, the chef came to ask what was wrong with the dessert. I told you that it's my fault - I can't eat something so sweet. After a minute, a previously nice waitress came to order third why I didn't eat. I tried to be polite all the time - but they did show us their hurt.

The best restaurant in Taormina! The food is AMAZING! The service is great, with lots great advice and smiles! Cannot recommend this restaurant enough. (We had the tomato and eggplant as an entree, as well as the duck and tuna for our main dishes)

What a wonderful evening! My wife and I were charmed, spoiled,amused and very well fed at this ristorante on a small back street near a historic gem. The welcoming hostess,so witty charming and inviting happens to be the spouse of the brilliant talented and inventive chef. Every course selection was an expression of creative mastery. Our 5 course meals and wine recommendations were flawlessly prepared and served. The wait staff pleasant and professional attended to our requests promptly and courteously. I won’t go into our choices as the menu likely changes regularly. I’m confident in saying Le Naumancie will be a highlight of your Taormina visit

Absolutely fabulous food, amazing wine list, extremely friendly service. Family run restaurant. Would definitely recommend this place.
