Osteria La Briciola In Tivoli

Excellent! We chose this restaurant for its menu, particular but not too much. it is located a few km from Tivoli center, easy to reach and with parking. Very nice location with attention to detail, not too large (40 tables). The extraordinary, attentive but informal service that makes you feel at home. We opted for the à la carte meat menu. I have to say one of the best restaurants where I have eaten in recent years. The scottona tartare is a delicacy like the homemade pasta and the goose fillet. Homemade bread with super oil! The desserts are also delicious but the sweet encounter is a delicacy. Highly recommended!!! Keep it up. See you soon!

Comfortable environment and special food

I just left the club.... I couldn't wait because places like this deserve to be appreciated without any ifs or buts! Delightful, welcoming and relaxing environment, with attention to the smallest details. Impeccable service and amazing food. There were 4 of us and we tasted 2 of the tasting menus. Truly superlative. Excellent raw materials, crafted with skill. Pastries made by them, exceptional. It could easily compete as a starred restaurant with very honest prices.

What can I say...a truly unique experience. Thanks to all the staff!!!! Excellent food!!!

First time in this restaurant I must say that I had high expectations and they were fulfilled. The first course is nothing short of fabulous (homemade pacchero with scorpion fish, caper olives), second courses and desserts are superlative, a welcoming environment and very well-trained staff, we will definitely be back

Il nostro porto sicuro, dove torniamo puntualmente nell'arco dell'anno e dove si trova quella tranquillità che vivi a casa con l'aggiunta delle attenzioni e l'accoglienza del personale, unito a tutte le prelibatezze culinarie studiate e curate nei minimi dettagli! Ogni singola pietanza è legata ad una storia e maggiormente ad un allevatore o agricoltore italiano e spesso laziale che realizza i propri prodotti unici che "L'Osteria la Briciola" valorizza nel servili... A portata di tutte le tasche, ovviamente legato a ciò che si mangia o ciò che si beve, visto che ha una carta dei fini fornitissima e per tutte le tasche... Ah, se volete veramente fare una "ZOZZATA", chiedete un po' d'olio, ovviamente di livello, che potrete degustare con il loro pane fritto...la scarpetta quando ce vò...ce vò! Non sono da meno i piatto della cucina tipica romana, dalla carbonara, alla cacio e pepe oppure amatriciana e su richiesta il proprietario non vi negherà una porzione abbondante per i più affamati!

Abbiamo cenato in questo posto appena fuori del centro di Tivoli e siamo subito rimasti favorevolmente impressionati fin dal primo momento in cui siamo scesi nel parcheggio privato, trovandoci difronte a un luogo, accogliente, confortevole e molto curato, come se fossimo andati a cena non in un ristorante, ma a casa di amici. Ho trovato tutto perfetto, dai cibi alla musica di sottofondo. Imperdibile poi è stato l'assaggio dell'olio e.v.o ( una spremuta di " crema" di olive) sul pane caldo ( disposto su una piastra che ne mantiene la fragranza) che ci ha fatto provare il padrone di casa, il gentilissimo sig. Ernesto. Poi a seguire tutto il resto è stato perfetto, consentendoci di trascorrere una serata di alta cucina in totale relax. Complimenti, in futuro non potrò più fare a meno di questo ristorante gourmet. Un posto TOP che non sfigura al confronto con i nomi più blasonati della ristorazione stellata italiana. Consigliatissimo.
