This was one of our favorite restaurants over our 3 weeks in Italy. The food was delicious, the service fantastic and friendly. There were only about 5 tables, so make a reservation

Some of the most delicious food we’ve had in Tuscany. Great service and each dish was more delirious than the one before. We had a vegan and vegetarian in our party and the chef adjusted the dishes on the spot so masterfully. Highly recommend this place.

We had the best evening at Oro Di Siena, where we were pampered by Matteo and his mother Antonia, who cooked a new interpretation of Tuscan cuisine. Tasty and beautifully presented. Matteo taught us something new about how important it is to “clean” the wine glass of soap residue by swirling a little wine around the glass. We had NEVER seen that before, despite visiting various Michelin restaurants. The restaurant is small and cozy - few tables - with a good distance - so you feel almost alone - and are served/spoiled to that extent without being intrusive. So I can highly recommend a visit to Oro Di Siena. Hotel Minerva was right across the street - and close to the center of the old town. So a good combo to visit this gem of a restaurant.

I went yesterday for the first time and was really satisfied. The atmosphere was intimate and the staff were really kind, polite, and helpful, and you can feel the love they put into their dishes. Nothing negative to say, really.

Excellent, elevated homestyle cooking. The food is a fusion of Calabrian and local Tuscan cuisine. The front of house is very knowledgeable and does a great job and explaining the food and pairing with the perfect wine. Definitely worth the walk to experience this no matter where you are in Siena.

From the moment you enter, you feel right at home. Run with great warmth and skill by a mother in the kitchen and her son in the dining room, the restaurant isn't large, but it's brimming with kindness from the owners. The menu is varied and original, and everything is haute cuisine and served with love. The atmosphere is great, and as soon as you're greeted, you feel like you've known each other forever, and you're eating at home with dear friends... so 100% satisfied. We'll definitely be back.

11/05/2026: A must visit if you are driving or staying close by, or even visit from a far. Paola is such a incredible person, there is so much history in this restaurant and in the small village. Food is AMAZING, and the dessert with almond and whine mousse was soooo good! We will never forget this place, and will definitely come back if we can.
08/05/2026: A stop at Bar Ucci, in the magnificent Castello di Volpaia, was a small but precious part of our experience. A welcoming, authentic place, where you immediately feel at home thanks to the extraordinary kindness of its owners. A special thanks to Signora Paola, who is truly amazing: always smiling, helpful, and attentive, accommodating every request with great courtesy and ease. We were particularly impressed by her willingness to prepare something suitable for my mother, taking into account her dietary restrictions with thoughtfulness, sensitivity, and so much attention. A gesture we truly appreciated! It's those small, important details, combined with a sincere smile and a warm welcome, that make all the difference and transform a simple break into a beautiful memory. A genuine place, run with love, absolutely worth a visit!

26/04/2026: This restaurant is a gem in the small village of Montalcino. My partner and I stayed two nights, and while looking for a place to eat, I discovered this little place, super welcoming and warm, so we went there both nights. Antonio is super friendly, but above all helpful and professional. Their food is a true culinary experience, authentic, typical Tuscan cuisine! I recommend everyone to stop by this place, which, compared to others, maintains true traditions, but above all, the quality/price ratio is truly excellent! I recommend booking because it's small and, being very good, fills up quickly! P.S. Thanks for the dish 😉
21/04/2026: A wonderful place with a special charm. Simply, functionally, and stylishly furnished with just a few tables, perfectly suited to the size of the space. The service is simply fantastic. You feel very comfortable and welcome as a guest. The food is delicious and inviting. The dessert is a work of art and absolutely scrumptious. We'll definitely be back.
