Best meal I’ve ever had. The first time I went the Florentine steak 🥩 and the cheese board with sea salt changed my life. I came back a few years later on Thanksgiving ( 🇺🇸) and had the best Thanksgiving meal I’ve ever had. My favorite restaurant in Italy 🇮🇹💯

What more can I say about the quality of the steak?😉 The friendliness was a bonus! I could really feel their thoughtfulness, and after filling up on an incredibly delicious steak, I was able to explore downtown Florence to my heart's content.

The Florentine steak is incredible. The thoroughly enjoyed the potatoes as well. The service was good, we were given a sparkling wine in celebration of our honeymoon on the house, which was quite good and we appreciated. We were able to get a last minute reservation and were very glad to have our Florentine steak experience here.

The hype is definitely worth it! The reservation requires 25€/pers payed in advance, these would be deduced from the final bill. The atmosphere was wonderful — intimate and cozy, with dim lighting that almost imitated candlelight. The staff was very friendly and took the time to explain how the menu worked. They even presented the cut of steak that would be cooked for us, explaining the type of cut, the price, and other details.
The steak was absolutely incredible. We had it with fried potatoes, a salad, and, of course, a glass of beautiful Chianti.

GO HERE! Their florentine steak is something I will remember forever. When we ordered the steak, they came out with 2 cuts to choose from and we got to see what we would be enjoying. The flavor is absolutely insane and we also enjoyed a side of mushrooms that were also insanely delicious! We really enjoyed the time there and recommend to anyone

A welcoming place with soft lighting and limited seating, a very friendly and pleasant atmosphere where we immediately felt at ease. The staff was more than helpful and extremely knowledgeable about both the dishes and the wines. The food is beyond words; it's worth it. The Florentine steak at the David was almost better. Plus, they were very thoughtful about gluten-free options. The owner is super friendly, and the souvenir cards are a wonderful idea; they even offered us a dessert for my girlfriend's birthday. Highly recommended, we'll definitely be back.

The food was excellent. The appetizers and wine were also superb. The waiters and staff were extremely welcoming and took plenty of time to explain the menu. The only downside was that the individual appetizers were sold out by 7:00 pm, leaving only a few options. Otherwise, I highly recommend this restaurant. Tip: Be sure to reserve a week in advance, otherwise it will be difficult to get a table.
