Truly excellent food, local, very clean, tidy, friendly owners who pay attention to every detail For my partner's birthday I also had them make the cake which, in addition to being beautiful, was truly delicious! Excellent quality/price ratio! We will definitely be back! Thanks again!

I'll start by saying that there wasn't one thing that didn't convince me. The environment is very intimate, 10 tables surrounded by the warmth of the wood and the freshness of the plants. Easter dinner, tasting menu for 2 with wine pairing (the proposed menu is the one on the website). Everything was truly excellent, from the amuse bouche to the dessert. I wasn't impressed by the flavor of the first course, I only remember that it was very good. The venison fillet won over everything for me. We arrived at the end really full, so much so that unfortunately we didn't fully enjoy the dessert and we didn't taste the small pastries. Very kind and attentive staff, without being intrusive. The bill was a little expensive, we spent almost as much as the starred one... but that's okay. Thanks for the experience, see you next time!

very attentive service and highly professional staff. the presentation of the dishes is excellent as is the quality of the raw materials. Superlative wine list, offering highly sought-after local wines but also national labels. I liked the presentation of the dessert prices in line with the quality of the menu and service. the minimal but elegant location. I will definitely come back.

La cena al ristorante Gavioli ha superato le nostre già positive aspettative. Tutto davvero eccezionale, da accoglienza al cibo. Una cosa però sento di suggerire: dato che il pane, grissini e cracker che servono insieme al burro (superlativo), sono davvero tanti e hanno un costo, magari si può valutare la possibilità di farli portare a casa agli ospiti.

The scottona joke is superb, the sciat is excellent, the rice is delicious and the chocolate dessert is delicious. Perhaps the prices are a little excessive, but the quality is there and the service is impeccable.

Cena indimenticabile (LEGGERE BENE). Parto dalla location: siamo in una botte di vino con una bella luce soffusa, il clima è molto calmo accompagnato da una musica jazz che ti rilassa e rende tutto più elegante e tranquillo. Servizio: i camerieri sono professionali, gentili e ogni tua richiesta diventa realtà nel giro di pochi secondi, avere camerieri col sorriso H24 non è semplice e non lo è neanche uscire da lì senza lasciare qualcosa in più per l’ospitalità data. Cibo: una sola parola, SPETTACOLARE, mai mangiato meglio nella mia vita (consiglio personale, i ravioli ai tre tuorli ti faranno volare nel mondo dei sogni). Nel coperto sono compresi i loro grissini, pane e cracker accompagnati da un burro spaziale, questo è solo l’inizio del vostro viaggio culinario. Vino: ovviamente essendo in una botte di vino non poteva mancare una grandissima selezione, più di 500 vini nel loro menù per accompagnare qualsiasi gusto; saranno spiegati a dovere dai preparatissimi camerieri. Non posso fare altro che consigliare a chiunque legga questa recensione di provare assolutamente questa esperienza, non ve ne pentirete. Penso di tornarci ogni volta che alloggerò qui a Bormio. Bravissimi tutti dallo chef ai camerieri, più posti come questi servono all’Italia; congratulazioni per ciò che avete creato. Cena da 10 con la lode (ci fosse un voto più alto glielo darei), grazie per la serata magnifica.

Un posto che porterò per sempre nel cuore: cibo delizioso, gentilezza e cortesia del personale, posticino romantico a lume di candela. Il 15 dicembre 2023 il mio fidanzato ha prenotato una cena qui e con il dolce è arrivata la proposta di matrimonio: come in un film, tutto perfetto! Grazie di cuore per aver deliziato il nostro palato sin dalla prima portata e per aver reso ancora più magico questo nostro momento. Siamo stati felicemente sazi ♥️

Posto ideale per una cena romantica e di qualità. Ottimo il servizio e la cura dei piatti. Da provare se passate da Bormio.
