14/12/2025: We had lunch today, a trattoria I hadn't found in a long time. The atmosphere was welcoming, the lunch excellent, the entree was fabulous, and the saffron risotto with hare ragù was superb. The chestnut plin pasta was equally delicious, and what can I say about the game tartare? And then the old-fashioned butter with croutons. Truly excellent. Compliments to the kitchen and the wait staff. At the next market... we'll see you again. M. Teresa and Guglielmo.

12/12/2025: Lunch for two. The atmosphere was charming and welcoming, the menu interesting. We were a little skeptical about the char dish, which we thought was another type of fish. It was good, but not char.

09/11/2025: For us, this restaurant was a miss. We chose this restaurant because of its inclusion in the Michelin guide but it failed to meet that standard. Our evening started awry when we were asked to choose our table. After several minutes, they told us we needed to move to a less desirable table. We were then ignored for 10+ minutes while they attended to patrons who had arrived after us. For the remainder of the evening we received less than attentive service in contrast to other patrons. Food wise, it was ok but not great. Because I am gluten free, I asked about the details of the tasting menu. Unlike most restaurants, they would not tell me what was on it. Spoiler alert- it’s all items from the regular menu. Twice, they served me items that contained gluten. Several of our dishes were lukewarm. I asked to modify my paired wines to be red and they acted like it was a huge inconvenience. Finally, when making the reservation we indicated that I am gluten free and that it was my birthday. The restaurant made little effort for either. Instead of gluten free bread, I was given a package of grocery store crackers. For my birthday, they gave me a small jelly candy with a candle. No staff acknowledged the celebration. This is not the level of food or service that one would expect for a restaurant that holds itself out as a Michelin fine dining establishment.

02/12/2025: A pleasant surprise in the center of Aosta. A warm and welcoming restaurant managed with great professionalism. The chef has succeeded in bringing colors and flavors from around the world to the table, a culmination of his journeys through flavors and reinterpretations. Each dish is a true journey! 29/11/2025: I was very pleased with my experience here! The staff were friendly and professional. The food was tasty. The environment was nice. Not all of the food was entirely up my alley but that is one of the perks of a tasting menu where the chef selects what you get! I think it was a good value for what you get as well.

24/11/2025: A delightful family Sunday, surrounded by this charming property and its professional and welcoming staff. Surrounded by nature, among olive groves and vineyards...we will definitely return, as in addition to the restaurant, they offer several apartments, and during the warmer months, a beautiful swimming pool. The scenery is stunning, perfect for imagining cycling through nature and spending a few days in this beautiful property.

18/12/2025: I ate well, except that it's a bit expensive: a basket of bread with a little oil costs 4 euros (they don't even charge for it here), a glass of poor wine costs 8 euros, and a jug of water of dubious origin costs 3 euros. It's better to serve it in its original bottle, which can be unscrewed and guarantees that it's not tap water.

23/11/2025: Excellent osteria with high-quality products and a selection of local wines. We went specifically for the Florentine steak, and it was an excellent choice. Tender, tasty, and cooked to perfection. I'm very disappointed, however, with the lack of transparency regarding the weight and size. We opted for a piece between 1 kg and 1.2 kg at €4.80/hg, but the price on the bill didn't match. Either they increased the price per hg or the piece was heavier (about €30 more than expected). As is customary, the weighing receipt is brought to the table along with the piece of meat before cooking. This procedure is quite common in restaurants that serve Florentine steak and serves precisely to avoid any doubts or concerns about the restaurant owner's honesty. The desserts weren't up to par with the rest. I really appreciated the delivery of a glass full of sweets with the bill; it sweetened the bitterest moment of the evening.

16/11/2025: We were there on Friday, November 14th. The place was welcoming. The service was friendly, and we ate delicious traditional dishes. They welcome you with a small cup of coffee, and when they serve you coffee, they bring you sweets. They know how to pamper you. Highly recommended, and we'll be back.

15/12/2025: I discovered it thanks to a vacation I organized last summer. The landlady left us a coupon for the brewery on the table in the apartment; I love beer and I had to go! Small...but welcoming! The brewery isn't on the main road; you have to enter the industrial area...the bar is right in the brewery. The interior is welcoming, with just a few tables, a nice bar, and a mezzanine where you can sit and sip the fantastic beers they produce while looking at the machinery and silos where the beer is brewed. The beers they offer, created by them, are fantastic. Good food, good music, and the girls are very kind and friendly... I can't wait to go back!!!

06/12/2025: One of the best bars ever. Whenever we're in Verona, we go there. The owners prepare the cocktails with so much passion and attention to detail. A true taste sensation, and far removed from all the tourist traps. The people who go in are always very friendly, too. We've been there as a couple, with a group of 16, and with/without our dog. The owner takes plenty of time to explain the cocktails to each guest. It's a real hidden gem! And no, I rarely write reviews, but these deserve it. We're already looking forward to our next visit and trying their latest cocktail creations.

A space where a passion for craft beers immediately merged with modern and refined cuisine, attentive to the seasons and showcasing simple, quality ingredients. The oriental fusion cuisine is very interesting, capable of surprising the palate. The welcome and expertise of the staff were excellent.

19/10/2025: I spent a delightful evening at Umani Beer with three friends. The atmosphere was friendly and relaxed, perfect for chatting and enjoying the moment. The staff was kind and welcoming, contributing to the relaxed atmosphere. The drinks were well-prepared and truly enjoyable: a great accompaniment to company. Recommended for those seeking conviviality and quality!

14/12/2025: A favorite spot in Bologna. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the staff is wonderful, making you feel right at home (and perhaps, in a way, they are). The food, needless to say, is delicious, and every choice on the menu is guaranteed to be excellent. This is our second time here, and it will surely be the second of many more.

20/11/2025: Entering from the square dominated by the magnificent tower, you reach a splendid, welcoming vaulted room on the lower floor. The atmosphere is quiet and pleasant. Behind an archway lies the open kitchen. Prompt and friendly service with attention to detail. Warm bread is served with a tasting of their own locally produced olive oil. A vast selection of wines is available. The menu features quality ingredients. The bigoli with crispy bacon is excellent. Main courses are all meat, from a variety of sources. Good grill options. Interesting desserts and spirits. The homemade Amarolive liqueur is a must-try. Prices are reasonable for the quality of the restaurant.
