Umami Beer In Assisi

A place with a wide variety of drinks and fusion food. Perhaps the atmosphere is a bit pretentious, but I suppose it depends on your taste. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because the prices are a bit high, but the offerings are unique, and that's fair enough.

A place that winks at gourmet cuisine with a result that, in my opinion, is spot on.

Considering that two full half hours passed between the appetizer and the main course (burger), I expected them to treat us better when it came to the bill. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case... The sandwich was still good, as always!

Good food, good beers, a nice place to spend an evening with friends

I went for dinner a few nights ago with my boyfriend because I was attracted by the menu with several vegan options... a dream. I chose a burger, which in the vegan version is served broken into pieces on a plate. It was very good, but it's a shame their buns contain egg and therefore can't be enjoyed by us vegans... maybe you could add a vegetarian version in the future!! ;) The dish also comes with two slices of bruschetta. My boyfriend chose a meat burger and said it was truly fantastic. The place is very cute and intimate, and the waitress who took our order was kind, helpful, and friendly... which is not a given. I also appreciate the vegan panna cotta because it was beautifully made, and the beers on offer. I'll definitely be back!!

Refined cuisine, constantly rotating craft beers, an excellent wine list, and impeccable service; one of the best places in Umbria! I've been coming here for years, and every time I return, I always find improvements! Highly recommended!
