Good food, good beers, a nice place to spend an evening with friends

Considering that two full half hours passed between the appetizer and the main course (burger), I expected them to treat us better when it came to the bill. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case... The sandwich was still good, as always!

I went for dinner a few nights ago with my boyfriend because I was attracted by the menu with several vegan options... a dream. I chose a burger, which in the vegan version is served broken into pieces on a plate. It was very good, but it's a shame their buns contain egg and therefore can't be enjoyed by us vegans... maybe you could add a vegetarian version in the future!! ;) The dish also comes with two slices of bruschetta. My boyfriend chose a meat burger and said it was truly fantastic. The place is very cute and intimate, and the waitress who took our order was kind, helpful, and friendly... which is not a given. I also appreciate the vegan panna cotta because it was beautifully made, and the beers on offer. I'll definitely be back!!

Refined cuisine, constantly rotating craft beers, an excellent wine list, and impeccable service; one of the best places in Umbria! I've been coming here for years, and every time I return, I always find improvements! Highly recommended!

Excellent food and welcoming and polite staff

A friendly and well-presented restaurant, with visually appealing burgers. Unfortunately, however, the experience didn't live up to expectations: the flavors were rather bland and lacking in character, lacking that "something extra" you'd expect from a restaurant of this type. The idea is there, as is the presentation, but the substance is only partially convincing. Considering the higher prices than I expected, the quality/price ratio wasn't entirely satisfying. It might be enjoyable as a different experience, but for now, I wouldn't call it excellent.
