02/08/2024: I came yesterday for dinner with my boyfriend and, truly, we had a great time. Quality and delicious food, from the first to the last course, a wide choice of wines and a smiling and attentive service. The place is beautiful and fresh, everything impeccable. Congratulations to the manager who made us feel at home with his kindness. I highly recommend it!

22/07/2024: Geweldig etentje met gezin. Mooie plek, we zaten buiten in een steegje tegenover restaurant. De kaart heeft een goeie diversiteit, alles wat we aten was lekker, mooi gegrilde gerechten en sidedishes heerlijk! Uitgebreide champagne en wijn mogelijkheden. Heb nog even in de uitgebreide wijnkelder mogen kijken en praatje met de aardige sommelier kunnen maken. Top avond! Bedankt.

20/08/2024: Enchanting elegant place surrounded by greenery. The welcome and good food make everything more beautiful. We ate top-notch meat from tartare to Japanese wagzu as well as the entire dinner from wine to dessert. Applause to the waiter/sommelier Manuele and the owner Roberto. It's a shame we are far away but we will definitely be back, I recommend it.

Very welcoming place. Very kind staff, only the waitress was a little hasty but still kind. The two waiters and the chef were perfect. Compliments !

02/08/2024: Dear French compatriots: you will not come just for that, but know that here you will have no difficulty understanding and being understood because the description of the dishes and wines and the service will be offered to you spontaneously in the language of Molière, both by the room staff as well as by the chef! You can choose from the menu, small but excellent, but let yourself be tempted in three, four or five dishes, by the inspiration of Chris' moment. And this without apprehension in relation to your tastes, since you can indicate what "disappoints" you when booking (obligatory since there are only five tables and twelve place settings per service). Lots of tastes and flavors in perfectly cooked dishes, giving pride of place to local producers. Beautiful wine list, including of course "ours", but here too, let yourself discover the wines of the Dolomites. Really a great time in this Michelin-starred hotel in this bi-cultural region of South Tyrol.

23/07/2024: This was our first experience with a dinner course in Italy. We ordered the 5-course meal with wine pairing, and the dishes were almost like works of art. The wines served alongside each course perfectly complemented the food. The table setting, chairs, and ambiance were all excellent for enjoying the meal, and the staff provided very friendly and detailed explanations about each dish. Although we didn’t manage to fully express our admiration to the chef at the time, the experience was truly exceptional and memorable. If we visit the Dolomites again, we would definitely love to return.

26/06/2024: We met this gem a few years ago during an all-you-can-eat burger evening and we were happy with the food, the drinks and the place from the first time. Yesterday we had the chance to go back and, years later, everything is still excellent, I would even say improved. The atmosphere inside is very 'cozy', private and quiet; The internal garden is also a very nice place to spend an evening. The service was impeccable, they were very kind and helpful. The food is super, the quality is not lacking and the choice of rather 'particular' burgers; my hamburger (squid game) didn't have time to be served as I had already finished it (which is why I don't have a photo...) I even liked the side potatoes a lot. But the real gem are the drinks: it is clear that they have been sought after, both in flavor and appearance, for a long time; super particular, very balanced in flavours, a 10/10. And last, but not least, the prices: nothing to say except that they are fair. I would recommend again 1000 times.

25/06/2024: If you want an exquisite and particular aperitif this is the right place! Very kind owners and super dedicated to their work, special cocktails all enriched by the presence of their "Lime" which gives the place its name. Each drink is a different experience, great attention is also paid to the appetizers (offered) with highly refined combinations. Relaxing atmosphere, unmissable place! fixed weekly stop during my stay in the city for studying, I will be back to visit you soon!!

24/08/2024: I highly recommend coming here. I came here with my best friend for dinner by chance and we had a great time. Chef Antonio is kind, helpful and makes you feel at home. We ordered the starter and two pasta dishes, pappardelle with wild boar and agnolotti stuffed with ricotta and wild boar ragout, I assure you they are delicious. I, who don't like pasta and sauce, ate my entire portion and finished half my friend's portion because he was already full and I even got a bite out of both dishes! I highly recommend it. And especially one thing... it's perfectly clean and someone who is sick with cleaning tells you this.

22/08/2024: Just like my nonna’s kitchen. The chef, Antonio, is so kind. everything here is made from scratch, the pasta, the sauce, the wine the bread! it was truly a traditional Italian kitchen. I can’t wait to come back, I’ve travelled all over Italy this past month, and this is the best meal that I had. a true gem if you’re looking for authentic and quality Italian food!

27/08/2024: I went to dinner with a friend, thanks to the soft music and the quiet and relaxing environment we were able to talk without having to shout. Very kind and attentive staff, the guys who work here are truly SPECIAL... sweet and sincere smiles. The food was truly excellent. It had been years since I had a vitell tonne so well balanced in flavours, good in the kitchen and in the dining room. We will definitely be back
