22/08/2025: So so good!! Perfect if you're after a quick bite but don't fancy the regular sandwich. The products are super fresh, they cut the meat in front of you and you can see the different varieties in the window. The staff is nice and even let me add pesto in my focaccia for no extra:))

08/08/2025: Truly an unforgettable dinner! My partner and I were celebrating our anniversary in the Monferrato area, and after reading some reviews, we decided to book here. It was the perfect choice. We opted for the "Trudati di noi" menu and had a true culinary experience. Seven courses, each better than the last, simple yet with a twist that made each dish exquisite. Add to that the perfect service; I couldn't have asked for anything more. If you're in the area, I highly recommend trying their cuisine!

29/08/2025: Ate some delicious pistachio ice cream. At €2.80 per scoop, it wasn't exactly cheap, but it was worth it. The scoop was large, and the ice cream also had a delicious pistachio cream mixed in. 😋

28/08/2025: An extraordinary family-run restaurant with young, competent waiters. Meat is cooked to a very professional standard, something few in the valley do. I love that, from the outside, it looks just as it did when it opened. It's a place for lovers of good food, quality wine, and impeccable service. Adequately priced.

22/08/2025: I've been to the waterfall twice in three days, and the experience has been very positive. The menu is original: a wide selection of meats and cheeses of all kinds, with the option of trying exotic cuts like zebra, reindeer, bison, and kangaroo. Before the meat, a selection of seven special salts is served, each with its own distinctive flavor—from smoked to lemon to Atlantic grey—making the tasting even more interesting. The side dishes were carefully selected and of excellent quality. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, ready to explain the various cuts in detail. Even the desserts, although smaller in selection than the rest of the menu, were of a good standard. The variety of coffee blends available was also very interesting. In terms of organization, service times were reasonable: about 30 minutes when the restaurant was full and about 10 minutes at quieter times. The restaurant seats about fifty, so it's best to book in advance. All at a very competitive price considering the quality and experience offered. A place that won me over and that I will recommend to anyone who happens to be in the area.

03/08/2025: Me and my girlfriend arrived late evening on a Sunday and found this pearl! They stayed open when we arrived, the last dinner guest had already left. Best food so far on our trip in Italy. The balsamico meat was amazing and so tender! Also amazing service!!! Our waiter was so kind and made the whole experience a 10/10. 05/08/2025: Uno dei migliori ristoranti in cui abbia mai mangiato a mani bassi. Fortunatamente ero ospite, ma i prezzi per i menù degustazione sono assolutamente alla portata di (quasi) tutti! Al di la del cibo che era sensazionale, la cosa che più ci ha colpito è stata la professionalità dei giovani in sala. Un servizio stellato, ma con una leggerezza che fa sentire a proprio agio nonostante il livello della ristorazione. Veramente complimenti! (Carta vini molto interessante!)

27/07/2025: Abbiamo avuto il piacere di tornare alla Trattoria Contemporanea di Lomazzo per festeggiare il nostro anniversario di matrimonio, e devo dire che è stata una piacevole conferma di quanto già avevamo apprezzato in passato. L’atmosfera è accogliente e raffinata, perfetta per un’occasione speciale come questa. Il personale è sempre gentile e attento, rendendo il momento ancora più speciale. La cucina, come sempre, è deliziosa: piatti curati, sapori autentici e presentazioni eleganti. È stato davvero un modo splendido per celebrare il nostro anniversario, e sicuramente torneremo ancora per rivivere questa esperienza così piacevole. Consiglio vivamente questa trattoria a chi cerca un luogo intimo e di qualità a Lomazzo!
