We stopped by chance and were absolutely blown away by the service and the quality of the food! They create refined cuisine using local ingredients! A very good wine list with helpful recommendations! All this at a reasonable price! An excellent place that I highly recommend!

What a pleasant surprise "Rosa Rossa" you arrive, you enter, you are welcomed with kindness, you look around and understand that there is passion, personality, research! The atmosphere is convivial with a touch of originality like the paintings hanging on the walls made with bottle caps, or the serving dishes that are not always plates, but like the amuse-bouche which is not really an appetizer. In short, you should come here to understand, taste, enjoy and enjoy again, a risotto made to order, and already here they let you eat slowly.. and when the desserts arrive, oh yes!!!

We had lunch at Osteria La Rosa Rossa and the experience was simply excellent.
Each dish reflects the local area with authenticity and great care: full, balanced flavors, never banal. The quality of the ingredients, crafted with respect and expertise, is clearly evident.
A great added value is the fact that everything is homemade: from the pasta to the bread, details that truly make the difference and make the meal even more special.
A welcoming atmosphere, relaxed atmosphere, and attentive service complete an experience worth experiencing and repeating.
Highly recommended for those who love authentic cuisine, crafted with passion and identity.

What can I say? Perfect. I ate splendid Parisian snails (I'd call them Cherasco-style) and a brandacuiun made with pikeperch, not cod. Delicious before and after dinner. Thank you.
