21/06/2025: Incredible experience. The food, service, and atmosphere were all top-notch. I have a gluten allergy, and the owner personally walked me through the entire menu, explaining exactly what I could safely eat. The gluten-free pasta was unbelievable. Truly the best I’ve ever had. Everything tasted incredibly fresh and clearly made with local ingredients. Can’t recommend this place enough!

18/06/2025: A must if you visit Lajatico or if you are a Bocelli fan. Solid quality food and drinks, not overpriced, in a decent atmosphere. You can buy all sorts of "Bocelli branded" foodie items if you need that.

09/06/2025: You get a special feeling when you walk in here. The wine shop of Andrea Bocelli. You will be amazed. All kinds of gadgets with the name of the maestro on them... And especially his wine collection. You can safely taste a glass of wine and buy it if you want. Top.

26/05/2025: Finalmente un agriturismo vecchio stampo, come ormai se ne vedono pochi. Stalle e rimessa attrezzi attigui ai locali, eppure tutto in ordine e pulito con un'attenzione che denota una certa cura dell'ambiente. Vista spettacolare, personale gentile e attento, cibo ottimo, prezzo più che buono. Bravi, bravi, e bravi.

24/05/2025: Every time we are in the area, my boyfriend and I go back to eat here, the first time was over 6 years ago. The quality is always excellent, overall the dishes have perhaps even improved. Large portions, excellent value for money. Friendly staff. Too bad for an "oversight" when it came to the bill: we found ourselves with 8 euros of grappa that unfortunately we didn't consume. That's a lot of money. Of course we should have noticed it immediately and reported it, but that doesn't change the fact that you can't get the bill wrong by that much. I would like the owners to offer to give us back the stolen goods next time, but I find it difficult. 😕

01/06/2025: Un Unione di fattori interessanti e in continuo aggiornamento… non è solo un ristorante stellato cosa già di per se stessa non facile, PACA è un’atmosfera che mai penseresti di trovare a Prato. La semplicità e l’accuratezza di questo ristorante composto da una gioventù ricercata dalla cucina alla sala ti accoglie e ti porta a conoscere il piatto e le sue materie prime a Km zero e senza sprechi. Non si tratta di mangiare solo cibo eccellente, ma l’eccellenza di saper lavorare e rappresentare la materia prima facendola apprezzare nel suo complesso …

15/05/2025: Esperienza spettacolare. L’idea è di puntare sul territorio anche utilizzando materie prime che mai ti saresti aspettato di mangiare in uno stellato. Abbinamenti tra consistenze e sapori di assoluto livello. Chapeau

07/05/2025: A pleasant discovery! This place really surprised me in a positive way. Not your usual plant-based restaurant with just hummus and salads. With an eye for innovation they have managed to maintain the characteristic flavors of Italian cuisine, simple, tasty but not banal. Highly recommended!!!
