Pars Ristorante Persiano In Bologna

We ate wonderfully. The dishes were truly flavorful and the meat was so tender, you could cut it with a spoon. The atmosphere was very pleasant and attentive. Recommended!

A dinner unlike any other: our first time at an Iranian restaurant. The atmosphere is subdued, with unobtrusive lighting, and paintings and Persian ceramics on the walls recalling the owners' homeland. The owner warmly welcomes us and suggests a personalized dish for all three of us. We accept. A delicate and flavorful appetizer of small vegetables. Then the main course: for me, pieces of spiced chicken (good) and saffron (typical of Iran). My son had lamb. And all three of us, including my wife, enjoy our meal. And there are also desserts, to round off the evening. The price seems reasonable. A pleasant dinner. We'll be back.

I've been to this restaurant three times since this evening, and I have to say it's always a wonderful discovery! It's one of those places that's a bit hidden, but as soon as you enter, you immediately realize you've made the right choice: the atmosphere is super unique, almost like taking a trip to Persia without leaving the city. The staff is incredibly kind and attentive, explaining the dishes and how to best enjoy them, which I really appreciated. The food is the real surprise: unusual flavors, spicy yet balanced, all very authentic. You can really taste that the recipes are traditional and made with care. The meat dishes with saffron rice and the appetizers are highly recommended: generous portions and truly unique flavors. Overall, it's one of those restaurants where you don't just go to eat, but have a truly unique experience. I'll gladly return on my next visit to Bologna 🙂

SPECTACULAR place. We went there a couple of months ago just to try it out, and now my boyfriend and I want to make this a regular experience. The dishes are well-balanced, perfectly priced, but out of this world when it comes to pairings. If you try them individually, they're good, but when you put them together, the result is a mind-blowing mix of flavors, incredibly delicious, and (for us Italians, I think) unusual. Absurd, out of this world, and delicious. The friendly, family-like service makes the experience even better; they're truly talented. Happy to have discovered you, I can't wait to return. Edit five months later: I ordered the same dish because I'd been dreaming about it for five months: the place, the food, and the service were sublime.

A restaurant with excellent Persian dishes and desserts. Sohyla's management is fantastic, offering a friendly and attentive service. Prices are reasonable for the quality. Recommended.

The atmosphere is fantastic, evocative with its soft lighting. I could spend hours talking with the owner, and not just about the food. The service? Excellent, as is the food, if you like this cuisine, of course. When ordering, they always ask about any allergies and vegetarian options. It's best to make a reservation. This is where I go every time I'm in Bologna.
