20/10/2025: Overall, it's a meal not to be missed. Good food, traditional cuisine presented in unconventional recipes, top-quality cured meats. Mrs. Ravanetti is very good at her job and very hospitable. And then... in Langhirano, Trattoria della Gallina is an institution...

13/10/2025: I found this place by chance. I was in Parma. I called, thinking I was running late—almost 2 PM—and the kind reply was: "I'll set up a table for you!" A TRATTORIA in the best sense of the word. Impeccable service, dishes expertly prepared, with fried porcini mushrooms and ricotta and spinach ravioli. But the real surprise for anyone who loves TRIPPA is trying a version they only make there, in one place. Tripe in green parsley, a touch of garlic, and no tomato. A MUST-TRY. Then there's the wine details: Lambrusco at the perfect temperature and quality, and the textbook homemade desserts: coffee and grappa. 18 Monday. What can I say? I'll definitely be back, and I recommend trying Trattoria della Gallina! Worth it. Thank you. Oh, I forgot, I'm counting on us Milanese people not even in our wildest dreams...

03/09/2025: I don't know what to say. A beautiful day at the spa, but to continue relaxing, we decided not to leave given the restaurant's excellent reviews. The bread in the basket was obviously old. Amatriciana, or pasta with sauce containing soft, not at all crispy pork cheek, and no pecorino cheese, or if it was present, it was imperceptible. Tagliolini with asparagus, pork cheek, and tomatoes was a bland pasta dish, with ingredients that didn't quite mesh together. To finish off beautifully, the beef tagliata, €28, or six strips of meat, floating in a pungent red sauce, surrounded by six white beans and bland potatoes. An excellent dinner if we had opted for a cafeteria, but not for a four-star hotel, and not at that price. We ate purely out of hunger, not pleasure. However, as I told the waiter, the Fiuggi water was really good.

15/10/2025: A wonderful place to break your fast! Delicious and well priced! We are there most every morning in our weeks stay in Rome. The croissants are warm and yummy, the coffee good. I also recommend the warm sandwiches, the avacado toast and the yogurt. Music is techno and the only down side.

13/10/2025: We're here for the Crotti festival, to eat the typical specialties offered on the set menu. We booked a table two weeks ago. Of the two first courses offered, one wasn't available at all, the other only had five portions. There were 12 of us. The only alternative offered was a paltry pasta dish: penne with ragù. The five pizzoccheri were also terrible. The second course was nothing special, and the desserts were even worse. I would have appreciated at least a few words from the manager to apologize for the mix-up, but nothing. Never again 😩

13/10/2025: The food was good, though not exceptional. The service also had a few small flaws that were a bit off-putting. The atmosphere was charming.

03/10/2025: We stayed at Masseria Costa for three days and had a wonderful time. Even though we had special dietary needs, they readily offered us customized options, which we greatly appreciated. The food was exceptional, the room was lovely, and the staff were truly wonderful. We can't wait to return!

28/08/2025: I took a four-day surfing course. It was a great fit for my level, and I learned a lot. Now I feel more confident on my own. 😊 We also went sailing with a skipper for two hours. Very enjoyable and well-informed! The center is really great because you can try out so many things there, and the spot is great. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There's also a restaurant with delicious food.

27/08/2025: Massive thanks to the team at Windsquare Watersports for helping us get a great sail on the Hobie Tiger F18. John really couldn’t have been more helpful — great communication and absolute enthusiasm for sailing (and that’s from the perspective of being an RYA dinghy instructor myself). The F18 definitely needs some prior experience if you want to sail it without an instructor, but the team can get you to that stage if that’s what you’re aiming for. We sailed three-up as a family, and between us have many decades of sailing experience. We all agreed that the sail on Garda with the F18 was one of the best sails we’ve ever had! Windsquare is a fantastic place to go for all levels of instruction and hire on Lake Garda. We researched carefully before we went and absolutely made the right choice. Now keen to do some more F18 sailing...it really is a buzz! (BTW reading a review below...we waited during the morning until John thought conditions were right as there was thunder and lightning brewing...we were more than happy to take his advice; they are the experts on what's happening on on the lake and it's a really nice place to hang around anyway + with the free parking)

17/08/2025: The best VEGAN ice cream ever!!! Very unique, exceptional flavors, excellent creaminess... Absolutely addictive! We drove 20km just to eat their ice cream two days in a row!!! It makes me think of those who say "vegan ice cream is not possible, there's only fruit"! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

13/10/2025: An unforgettable evening: Spadù, a hidden gem in San Benedetto del Tronto. Discovered almost by chance online, Spadù turned out to be one of the most wonderful surprises of our stay. From the moment you enter, you can sense passion: the restaurant has been renovated with incredible care, every detail tells a story, every corner reflects a love of taste and hospitality. And then... the food! What can I say about the swordfish? Simply superb. A rare quality, impeccably cooked, bringing out every nuance of flavor. Every dish we tasted was a small masterpiece, prepared with the freshest ingredients and a captivating touch of creativity. Making the experience even more special were Sara and Fabio, authentic and passionate hosts, who welcome you with a smile and tell you the restaurant's story as if they were opening the doors to their home. Their energy and dedication make the evening an experience full of emotion, warmth, and authenticity. The only real flaw? Hopefully they're not in Milan! Otherwise, we'd already be regulars every week! See you next year... with the hope of finally finding those famous meatballs we mentioned! Thank you again so much. See you soon!

10/10/2025: This restaurant is truly charming! I love the cozy and modern ambiance that emanates from the interior, with its hanging lights and designer ceiling. The mix of wood and touches of blue creates an atmosphere that is both warm and soothing. The space feels both intimate and open, which is ideal for a pleasant moment. Plus, the area with the tables near the window offers a beautiful view of the outdoors. Perfect for a quiet lunch or a coffee. In short, a place I would love to revisit!

06/10/2025: We got married on October 4, 2025, and chose Adele's cake as our wedding cake. The cake was a huge success! We had guests who even ate three slices!! 😊 Everyone complimented us on our choice! The gluten-free and lactose-free options were also excellent—truly, truly superb! Not to mention the pastries, which our guests described as "superior in quality to the others," were a huge hit, and everyone ate them! Thank you so much for helping make this day special! Everything was truly delicious; the guests loved it, and so did we, the bride and groom. 😊 Congratulations indeed!
