19/08/2024: Ogni anno torniamo a mangiare in questo ristorante e abbiamo sempre saputo che prima o poi gli chef avrebbero preso una stella! Assolutamente meritatissima! Questa volta abbiamo fatto degustazione di 6 portate, tutte a base di pesce (2 antipasti, 2 primi e 1 secondo) più un pre dessert e un dessert, tutte strepitose! Complimenti per aver migliorato il dolce Rocher, l' ultima volta l'avevamo trovato troppo pesante e stucchevole mentre così riproporzionato risulta perfetto! Uniche critiche (vista la stella ci sentiamo di essere più critici) servizio un po' frenetico, forse le ragazze erano poche per la qualità di servizio che si desidera offrire?! E una spina trovata nel baccalà con mousse di patate, che nn ti aspetti vista la perfezione dei piatti,ma che può assolutamente succedere. Tirando le somme vale assolutamente la pena vivere questa esperienza culinaria!

22/08/2024: We had dinner there tonight and it over delivered in all aspect. Service was attentive, friendly and personal. Food was spot on, rich in flavour, generous serving and very very well put together! We had the mix meatball to start, each one was tasty and just love the way they were plated. We also had the Risotto Ossobuco and the ‘Benedetta Parodi’s’ Meatball, wow both very good, all washed down with a delicious Cà Maiol Lugana. Highly recommend!!!!!

The raw ones are highly recommended... delicious!!! It is a restaurant that we recommend to anyone who wants to have an excellent fish-based meal and where we will definitely return!

24/08/2024: Bella sorpresa, Ci siamo lasciati tentare e non ci è dispiaciuto, Peccato che dalla strada il ristorante non rende, una volta davanti e tutt’altra cosa. I camerieri sono cordiali e di ottimo consiglio, anche molto attenti alle nostre richieste. La cucina è veramente squisita e di qualità, il prezzo è giustificato dall’ impiattamentoe la cura di ogni portata dall’antipasto al dessert.

31/07/2024: Exceptional! Everything was perfect, a real gourmet restaurant at an unbeatable price. Deserves at least one Michelin star in my opinion! We took the chef's menu, everything was delicious and surprising, the starters were even accompanied by tailor-made cocktails! Everything was perfect, from the smoked butter to the citrus fruits accompanied by focaccia and homemade bread, including the appetizers, the three starters, the primi, the secondi and the two desserts. The service was also impeccable from the two people in the room who had a perfect command of English and French. Nothing to say, it was perfect!

02/08/2024: I might dare to say SUBLIME. We've been wanting to go to the Brandosteria for dinner for a while, we finally managed it... the only regret we have is that we didn't go sooner! From the search for raw materials, to the menu, to the wine list, to the careful selection of every single element... an exceptional discovery. A small oasis in Grignasco! We took the garden tasting menu. Delicate and tasty dishes. What to add? Seeing is believing! Thank you very much for the wonderful dinner Super congratulations to all the staff!

29/07/2024: We ended up in Grignasco by chance and since then every time we pass through the area, a stop at the Brandosteria is a must. The first thing that strikes you is the attention to the raw materials: each ingredient is of the highest quality, fresh and carefully selected. This is just the beginning of a culinary experience that stands out for the perfect combinations of chef Matteo who knows how to transform every dish into a "work of art". Various types of appetizers: it's hard to choose between cured meats, veal tuna and beef tartare, certainly all on the podium. Among the first courses is the "cacio ai tre pepi" which is the envy of the popular Roman restaurants in Trastevere: the combination of the three types of pepper elevates the classic cacio e pepe to levels of excellence. Honorable mention for the Brandomisù, a reinterpretation of tiramisu as beautiful to look at as it is to taste, for the refined cellar as well as for the off-menu proposals. Brandosteria is not just a restaurant, it is a traditional Italian cuisine experience with a touch of innovation and creativity. Absolutely must try!

14/08/2024: NATIVE family-style restaurant, one of the best in the area, the location had ambitions, but the coolness inside the restaurant was envied by the diners. We ate divinely, that's for sure.

11/08/2024: The restaurant presents itself in a rustic way, the food is super plentiful and of excellent quality, meat cooked to perfection and very friendly staff, not to mention the owner who welcomes you with his kindness making you feel at home. Well, what can I say, we had a wonderful Sunday, we will definitely be back often. The price is great for the excellent quality of the food. Thanks Sandro
