08/04/2025: When I realized I was going to have lunch at Osteria Francescana I was thrilled I couldn't contain myself (after all, how can you not be in this type of restaurant). The dining room service is one of the best I have ever seen. An impeccable elegance and harmony between the waiters, they make you feel like you are the only one there at that moment. Unfortunately, the only thing that penalizes this restaurant are the dishes they offer. They are beautiful to look at (some are works of art), but as the saying goes "All that glitters is not gold". Only 3-4 dishes in total were good, but the others were harmless and did not convey the goodness of that dish. They were not special, no particular flavor stood out and they had no "personality". I understand the great work done behind it, but to be like a few years ago, they should put more passion into it.

20/03/2025: La vita è quello che ti succede tra prima e dopo aver provato l’Osteria Francescana. L’esperienza culinaria migliore della nostra esistenza,lo dico senza problemi. Onorati di aver “bagnato” il trentesimo anniversario dalla nascita del sogno realizzato da un genio assoluto di nome Massimo Bottura,abbiamo scelto senza esitazione il menù “Globale” con abbinamento dei vini proposti. Un percorso sensazionale,con l’idea di far percorrere il mondo ai commensali rimanendo però alle tradizioni del territorio emiliano. Non riesco nemmeno a dire quale sia stato il nostro piatto preferito dei quindici proposti perché tutti rappresentavano la perfezione,vi confesso senza alcuna vergogna che mi sono emozionato per la prima volta in vita mia dentro ad un ristorante. Una qualità,un’eleganza,un servizio impeccabile,una preparazione ed una passione smisurata portate nel piatto,tra vent’anni non mi ricorderò quanto abbiamo speso ma quanto ci siamo emozionati nel poter vivere un percorso simile. SIETE FANTASTICI,GRAZIE PER SEMPRE!

13/04/2025: Truly unique restaurant, undoubtedly one of the best in Modena and its province. Sublime location; intimate, romantic, classy atmosphere. The service is attentive without ever being pompous. The possibility of meeting at the end of the evening with chef Annamaria is of great importance. Prices have room for improvement: sometimes they are truly excessive, senseless (water; coffee; wines; cover charge; fried dumpling starter >€20). Parking to improve, too small. Ultimately, a perfect restaurant for special occasions

07/04/2025: At Antica Moka time has stopped. An experience that goes beyond taste, capable of touching deep chords and giving a true caress to the soul. The atmosphere is enveloping, refined but never cold, capable of making you feel part of something authentic and rare. The flavors speak for themselves: intense, sincere, harmonious. Each dish is a story with attention to the smallest details, executed with skill and passion. The service is impeccable, made up of silent attention and measured gestures that complete an experience of absolute grace. A place where the heart stays a while, even after saying goodbye.

06/04/2025: Un esperienza che consiglio a tutti , 2 stelle Michelin non si prendono x caso. La filosofia nel realizzare piatti che rispettano le materie prime è sublime. Ho acquistato da loro una Colomba Pasquale che una volta gustata mi ha fatto scoprire delle senzazioni mai provate per questo tradizionale dolce

14/03/2025: una cena qui è un esperienza magica! il menù dello chef è magnifico ottimo tutti i piatti con prodotti freschi e cucinati in modo particolare. ambiente accogliente e rilassante. è assolutamente da provare!
