14/02/2025: This is THE BEST pizza I’ve ever had!!! I literally dream about in now. The owner is a food genius, the flavor combinations were amazing!! We got there right before they officially opened for lunch, we were able to sit and have a glass of wine while we watched the owner work, it was fascinating. I can’t even remember exactly what all the different combinations of ingredients there were, but trust me… they’re all good! Get the sampler where you get a small piece of each pizza! The owner and staff were awesome and attentive, even with the crowds starting to pour in. Helpful hint, get there right when they open because they get super busy!!

27/12/2024: You pay by the gram and it’s not a bad price at all! Great service. My favorite was The whole wheat crust is to die for. We will come back.

17/04/2025: We had a seafood tasting menu accompanied by wines picked by the restaurant. The taste was exquisite, the presentation and interval between the courses was perfect. The most memorable, in this gastronomic perfect evening, was the manager who guided us through the courses with the background for each dish, their history (many from his hometown in the south of Italy) etc. Highly recommended.

13/04/2025: I recently had the pleasure of returning to Gunè for a second time during a trip to Florence. I had honestly thought of my first meal there consistently ever since I first had the pleasure of experiencing their tasting menu in Spring 2024. Their mastery of surprising and intricate offerings are unparalleled for me. The food exposed me to new concepts and taught me unexpected experiences about ingredients I thought I was already familiar with. Both times, I was also thoroughly impressed by the cocktail pairings. The drink tastes complemented the food and the presentation was truly pleasing to behold. The waitstaff is especially attentive and considerate; is clear everyone takes great pride in their work and works well together. It is a gem in Florence; I wish them extra special and continued successes. I feel very fortunate to have had the pleasure of dining there and sincerely hope I will be able to return someday. Grazie mille, Gunè!

05/05/2025: Amazing breakfast here. Came twice. Friendly staff, great food, great choices. Best breakfast we had. Didn’t have to wait to be seated. Oh and free refills on nice hot mugs of decent coffee. Loved it.

22/04/2025: Primera vez a Florencia. Un caos absoluto. Lleno de miles de visitantes del grupo. Aún más comerciantes del mercado abarrotan calles estrechas que venden los mismos artículos de cuero. Se encontró con Rooster Café mientras escapaba del caos. Dios mío. Un ambiente relajado fantástico. Cócteles artesanales. Personal brillante. 100% el mejor bar de Firenze.

27/04/2025: Consigliato dal proprietario del B&B dove abbiamo soggiornato, abbiamo trovato un ambiente caratteristico e curato. Ottime le materie prime e il risultato finale nei piatti. Simpatico e affabile il fratello del proprietario che segue la sala. Ci siamo trovati talmene bene che ci siamo tornati per una seconda cena cha ha confermato la ns impressione della prima sera. Bravi

15/04/2025: Visited twice over the weekend with friends, amazing family run restaurant, food was really great and very tasty, All the team members were extremely friendly and service was brilliant, it was very busy and had a fabulous atmosphere. 01/05/2025: Eating a pizza a stone's throw from the center of Verona? Easy! Cozy place, delicious pizza and convenient to eat on the go, absolutely amazing prices (daisy wallet: €3.50). Friendly and very practical staff. Absolutely the best place to grab a quick bite to eat that fills you up and takes you back to Naples with every bite. Compliments!

14/04/2025: Sempre una bellissima esperienza pranzare in questo delizioso locale con freschissimo pesce cucinato ottimamente....ritorniamo sempre volentieri io e mio marito...questa volta con una coppia di amici di Alessandria....tutto ottimo Roberto non si smentisce mai dall'antipasto al dolce e Roberta dolcissima e gentilissima...bravissimi Grazia e Franco

13/04/2025: ....è il titolo di una bella canzone di Antonello Venditti...ma,già aprendo la porta di questo ristorante,varcato l'ingresso,pochi passi e si presenta la gentile Roberta che vi farà accomodare....in un paradiso di bontà, gusterete prodotti genuini cucinati dalle sapienti ed esperte mani dello chef Roberto....cantina fornitissima....quando riaprirete la porta,uscirete sazi e felici. 17/04/2025: Fantastic ice-cream and very friendly personnel. There is a lot to choose from, we had ice-cream with 5 persons and all of it tasted absolutely amazing. The fruity ice-cream/ sorbet tasted very intense, absolutely natural and had a great texture. We could instantly identify the flavour, without knowing what it was. The creamy flavours (vanilla, salted caramel) tasted intense and had a super creamy texture as well. For us an absolute highlight and a five star recommendation without any let-downs. This is a no-brainer and by far the best ice we've had this holiday.

13/04/2025: A fantastic experience both for the warm welcome from a team of super cheerful guys ☀️ led by the great Angelo, a former footballer for great Italian football teams, with a big heart and a humble spirit. We enjoyed typical Brazilian dishes including grilled meat specialties. The desserts and caipirinha and caipiroska cocktails are also excellent👌🏻 We will return with great pleasure 😉👍🏻

11/04/2025: Pizza croccante ma soffice e con struttura solida. Impasto preparato e cotta con sapienza e maestria. Qualità sia dei prodotti che del processo. Abbiamo preso 4 pizze diverse ed ognuna era una esperienza a se. Una piacevolissima sorpresa nel cuore del Salento che mi sento di dire possa diventare una tappa obbligata per un amante della buona pizza. Bravi, molto bravi.
