This morning I stopped by the cake shop and ate an apple and cinnamon cake... oh my god, what a sight 😍 It was perfect! Balanced, fragrant, and with that consistency that only a true pastry chef can achieve. Thank you so much for this treat! An absolute masterpiece, truly brilliant. Congratulations 👏👏👏🤗😘😘😘

The store clerk's philosophy was truly wonderful, as the store's concept was based on the Japanese concept of wabi-sabi. I was also impressed by the excellent customer service provided by the staff. I never expected such an experience in Modena. The handmade donuts were delicious, and it was a fantastic experience. Today, I paired them with a rare sweet wine. Discovered this morning while walking down Via Selmi, like 300 other times... but this morning was the right day. I think a lot of exercise is needed to cope with the effects of the salaries I'll be paying here from now on. Very attentive service and, what's not trivial, they know how to make really good coffee. Although I'm too "innocent" to understand what the mini jug of hot water was for. Maybe to dilute the coffee?

This little place has become a regular stop. I recommend everyone stop by for breakfast or a quick break and try everything! The cakes and cookies are exceptional, homemade and always fresh!! A huge round of applause goes to the pastry chef, who creates emotions!! The atmosphere is intimate and beautifully decorated, and the owners are very kind, friendly, and always available. Keep it up, you're great! 👏🏻

It was filled with blueberry jam and shaped exactly like a Japanese anko donut. I was recommended it by someone at a shop I happened to wander into, and it was my first time trying it. It was incredibly delicious. I looked it up and it seems to be a pastry called Bombolone, but I'm not sure if that's correct. Thank you for the amazing taste and wonderful experience.
