28/06/2025: I've been to many restaurants during my 3-week trip to Italy, but this is by far the best. I'm writing my first review for reference. I had dinner here for 3 days and all the food was delicious. How is that possible? I ate it before I took the last picture because I was so excited. The service was great and perfect. It's a true restaurant that I regret not being able to go on a day off.
28/06/2025: Exquisite welcome. Dishes cared for both in the preparation and in the preparation with excellent quality ingredients that can then be felt in the dish. Excellent Sardinian rose wine

26/06/2025: We ordered broad beans and chicory and orecchiette turnip tops. Puree excellent in flavor and consistency, excellent chicory, tasty, not bitter and all soft. Orecchiette good, maybe a little too much flavor of anchovy, nice idea of cherry tomatoes. Large portions, prices not crazy like this one they have in the same area I noticed compared to one two maximum years ago. Summary: very good.

08/06/2025: La comida, el servicio y el ambiente eran excelentes. Disfrutamos del menú degustación de 3 platos. Las mejores vieiras de la historia, excelente parpadelle con gambas y excelente lubina. Tal era la calidad de la comida que tuvimos que probar un postre (una crema de limón y un affogato) y no nos decepcionó. El restaurante es pequeño y acogedor, el servicio muy amable y relajado. Sin duda volveremos de nuevo.

Propose des formules différentes à prix très raisonnable.
Des mélanges de saveur et parfum avec des produits de très bonnes qualités. Vraiment nous avons tous apprécié dans un cadre intimiste avec un service de qualité et souriant.

04/07/2025: What can I say about this restaurant? Superlative. Every time it is a pleasant surprise. The dishes know how to amaze you with their simple ingredients but with refined and delicious flavors.
The menus change according to the seasonality and availability of raw materials.
The price is also amazing! A point of reference for celebrating special occasions without sacrificing quality for the price.
It is definitely worth the trip to reach it.

11/06/2025: Una scoperta fatta via internet mentre eravamo di transito durante il nostro viaggio Piemonte Sicilia ha fatto si che potessimo conoscere Stefano Bartolucci, lo chef ed il suo locale in Valmontone.
Già da quando varchi l'ingresso ti prende per mano è ti accompagna nel tuo viaggio culinario splendidamente preparato dalle sue mani ma soprattutto dal suo talento.
Preparati Stefano ci rivedrai di sicuro.

16/06/2025: Paragliding over Lake Garda was an absolutely fantastic experience! The views were simply breathtaking – soaring above the lake and mountains was like a dream. From start to finish, everything was very well organized. We were warmly welcomed, the communication was smooth and clear, and we felt completely safe throughout the entire adventure. A big thank you to the team for making this such a memorable and fun experience – highly recommended!
14/06/2025: The flight with Marine and Matthias was simply perfect from the first meeting to the farewell.
The information about paragliding and everything that goes with it was simply fantastic.
When someone manages to instill such confidence in you in a relatively short time that you feel relaxed and full of joy as you take off together, that's an absolutely outstanding achievement by our two pilots.
Thank you again for this wonderful experience.

06/06/2025: Quaint family run restaurant. Was recommended by our hotel, may be easy to walk by but certainly worth stopping inside! We were served by the owner and his daughter, who were attentive and friendly. My mom, sister and I shared a Florentine steak along with a couple sides which were all delicious. The pear stuffed pasta was fabulous!! Definitely worth checking out when in the area.

25/05/2025: Un ristorante davvero meraviglioso, la cura dei particolari anche sul tavolo, il primo bagno in cui vado dove è tutto pulito e profumato. La cucina spettacolare abbiamo preso il menù fisso davvero fantastico e che dire del personale tutti davvero gentilissimi ci torno prossima settimana con papà. Complimenti davvero sono entusiasta
