An immersive experience in local culinary tradition that's definitely worth it in a restaurant where friendliness is the order of the day... we came twice in a row and were enchanted by the exquisite flavors of the traditional dishes and the extremely kind and friendly staff... I recommend the canederli and strangolapreti, the truly superb pork cheek with polenta, tagliatelle with mushrooms, and the ravioli! The strudel is incredible! A must-see ☺️

Dinner for two. We walked in after reading the menu posted abroad, and it became our go-to restaurant for the entire holiday. Typical dishes, excellent quality and just the right amount. Excellent service. Extremely friendly and a family atmosphere. Recommended.

I'm on vacation with my family and we had dinner at Bucaneve...what can I say, everything was delicious. It's a shame we have to leave. It left us with wonderful memories, along with the lake and the landscape that I love.

Excellent meal at this delightful restaurant. We hadn’t made a booking in advance and the ladies running the show were fantastic at getting us a table outside in the best spot.
The service was excellent and really friendly. The food was delightful and perfect for our family.

As soon as we entered, even though it was still closed to the public, the young lady greeted us with a smile. They took our reservation on the spot, and the place and food were very well-maintained. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended.

A classic Trentino restaurant. They cater to gluten intolerances. Very good, traditional Trentino food. The owner and service are friendly and attentive. Recommended for everyone.
