11/08/2024: Di passaggio nella splendida Ferrara, viste le recensioni, ci siamo approcciati alla cucina dello chef con aspettative molto alte che, non solo sono state rispettate ma sono andate ben oltre. Fin dall'ingresso nel piccolo ristorante, si respira un'aria di eleganza senza forzature e di calda intimità, grazie alle volte e alle travi a vista, e gli inserti di arte moderna e l'illuminazione di design. Dal punto di vista enogastronomico abbiamo vissuto una vera e propria esperienza lasciandoci guidare dalle sette portate del menu degustazione mare "crudo e cotto". Nulla di scontato dove la materia prima, sempre protagonista, è stata esaltata dagli abbinamenti anche sperimentali ma mai barocchi, dello chef. Impiattamenti superlativi. Ottimi anche i panificati e interessantissima la carta dei vini che propone anche etichette di piccoli produttori locali, la cui descrizione è lasciata all'ottimo sommelier. Molto bene anche lo staff di sala preparato e cordiale. Infine, piacevole anche la chiacchierata di fine cena con lo chef Bacilieri che, con la "scusa" di predisporre personalmente il conto, coglie l'occasione di condividere le impressioni con i suoi clienti.

25/08/2024: An excellent place, renovated a few years ago and therefore very beautiful also aesthetically. Interesting menu with the possibility of choosing either personal cooking on a lava plate brought directly to the table or cooking on the grill, furthermore there is a wide variety of cuts and types of meat to choose from, including very particular ones such as kangaroo. Very kind and professional staff. I highly recommend making a reservation because it is a very popular place and it is not easy to find a seat. The restaurant has some reserved parking spaces right in front, otherwise there are public parking spaces on the road just ahead The only downside for which I give 4 stars and not 5 are the prices, which in my opinion are a little high compared to the average of other similar places.

04/09/2024: Tappa fissa durante i nostri soggiorni ad Alba Adriatica. Il ristorante, lontano Dan tran tran turistico, gode di una location piccola ma intima, elegante e rilassante. Piatti super consigliati, dal menù di carne a quello, assolutamente da provare, di baccalà. Ottima la scelta dei vini (se non sapete quale scegliere, fatevi consigliare dalla figlia di Gianfranco!). Portate ricercate, sapori ben combinati, prezzi accessibili a tutti. Torneremo, come sempre, il prossimo anno!

27/08/2024: I'll start by saying that thanks to this place I discovered the historic center of Ugento which is truly delicious. The restaurant with its tables overlooks a beautiful square in the historic centre. A nice, very coherent concept, the interiors are very well looked after and there are many curiosities to observe. Very well done, congratulations! I think it's a nice meeting point. I believe that its main vocation is more than a place for drinking in company. The drinks are excellent, a good selection of gins and beers. As for the food there is a wide assortment of hot dogs and burgers with artisanal buns with bright names and colours. According to my taste, however, the cooked dishes are a bit messy. It's probably not their specialty. Starting from the fact that in the menu all the items (starters, first and second courses) are grouped under the heading "cuisine". In any case, although the cuisine is good, it is not at the same level as the rest of the offer. In any case, if you are in the Ugento area it is absolutely worth stopping for an aperitif or dinner in this place.

20/08/2024: Beautiful place in a splendid square, good food especially the various types of meatballs that we had as an appetizer, the only flaw was the service: they are all very kind but a little too slow... we waited a long time before having the table despite we had a little girl.

16/08/2024: One of the best restaurants I’ve eaten at. We stopped in the other night and did the 5 course tasting menu and every dish was so good and the people that worked there were so friendly, and the prices were very fair. If I’m ever back in Civicivecchia I will definitely come back!

28/07/2024: The Badin restaurant is located in Rugolin, just 5 minutes from San Pietro in Cariano, where we stayed. Nestled among the vineyards, the restaurant is welcoming and refined, offering a truly pleasant atmosphere. Our dinner started with two starters: a tartare and a carpaccio, both of high quality and carefully presented. The main course was a sliced ​​colt, served in a satisfying manner, responding perfectly to our particular requests. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making sure our every need was met. All this was accompanied by a local wine, Valpolicella Pojega, full-bodied, fresh and balanced. To conclude, we enjoyed the inn's ice cream: impeccable, fresh and delicious, enriched with grains that added a pleasant crunch. Ultimately, Badin restaurant is a must try place and we will definitely be back for another pleasant dining experience.

05/08/2024: Dinner as a couple, all very good! terrace overlooking the hills and a nice breeze, good cuisine, very interesting dishes, I was also struck by the entree offering of hot bread with a taste of Brisighella oil, a splendid idea to enhance the territory! And the final cuddle always offered and well thought out. Congratulations to all the Staff!
