22/08/2025: The reviews were promising, so we had high hopes. Unfortunately, we can't share the previous rave reviews. We paid €120 for a starter and main course (2 adults, 3 children). We started with antipasti of cold cuts, cheese, and olives. The olives and cheese weren't good, and the meat looked like it came from a supermarket package. One of the waitresses asked us three times during our meal if we were finished (um, no) and took our plates away from under our noses before we'd even finished our meal. Then came three excellent steaks with two "salads": half a head of chopped iceberg lettuce was supposed to be a green salad, and a bowl of roughly chopped, unripe tomatoes was the tomato salad. These weren't salads, but chopped vegetables in a bowl for €4 each, grossly overpriced and not tasty as they were. We also had two OK pizzas, one of which was served so late that our youngest tablemate nearly fell asleep. So we decided to take the whole pizza home. The service was generally friendly and did their best. I think we were also a bit unlucky because a very large group had made reservations for a birthday dinner, which was quite noisy and crowded. This made it almost impossible for us to have a conversation, so we quickly wanted to leave. All in all: the food was OK, but certainly not 5-star in our opinion. The salads and antipasti, in particular, were really subpar.

19/08/2025: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I chose the Roman-style calzone with Parma ham: simply exceptional! 👌 The staff is professional, attentive, and always available, while the owners are friendly and know how to pamper their customers and make them feel at home. The pizzas are made with a top-quality dough, light and tasty, and the atmosphere is refined and attentive down to every detail. A truly pleasant experience: I'll definitely be back!

29/07/2025: Abbiamo cenato 2 volte in 10 GG di vacanza con amici. Location meravigliosa, accoglienza meravigliosa, personale meraviglioso, chef meraviglioso. Oltre la cena, è stato bello parlare con lo staff. Grazie a Teresa, mi pare che si chiami.. e grazie al ragazzo con gli occhiali che ci ha servito. Abbiamo voluto conoscere lo chef per parlarci del segreto del suo sugo con le orecchiette. Strepitoso. Da pugliese, un piatto semplice ma eccellente non lo avevo mai assaggiato. La semplicità e gli ingredienti di qualità hanno fatto di un piatto orecchiette al pomodoro, una esperienza. Per non parlarne dello spiedino di cozze Gratinate..con le verdure fresche. Mi fermo qui. La panna cotta? No vabbè. Non sono mai stato in un ristorante stellato e voglio dedicare le mie 5 stelle a x food.

08/09/2025: It's worth spending an evening at this "temple" of Romagna gastronomy, located in the center of the charming old town. The charcuterie board is truly rich and of good quality. The meat is truly prepared and served just right. The homemade side dishes are delicious. The wine list is good. They know what they're doing! A must try.

07/09/2025: The food was good, and the staff was generally friendly, but unfortunately we've had several unpleasant experiences with a member of staff (at the register) who was often rude and arrogant. The last time, after a poor service on the phone for a reservation, she also treated my partner rudely at the register. Regretfully, we've decided not to return.

It's thanks to them that the day went so well. Compliments from all the guests, and the quality of the food was truly EXCELLENT! Even though we were a little nervous and sometimes a bit dizzy, they helped us make this the most beautiful day of our lives and made every single guest feel at ease! 09/09/2025: I had the pleasure of dining at Amaranto Bistrot in Finalborgo, and the experience was truly excellent. The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful, always smiling and attentive without ever being intrusive. I tried the potato dumplings with escarole, sausage, and pine nuts: a flavorful dish, well-balanced, and made with top-quality ingredients. Next up was the creamy, flavorful brandacujun, executed to perfection. A welcoming restaurant that combines traditional dishes with attention to detail. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an authentic experience in Finalborgo!

08/09/2025: What a lovely evening! We had dinner at this small, elegant restaurant just outside the walls of Finalborgo. The staff are super kind and attentive. The food was delicious and served with special attention to detail. I recommend it 😉🤙🏻

25/07/2025: Very good bakery with plenty of choice. I had the chocolate croissant for 1.80€, which was super delicious. The staff was also very friendly. Definitely worth a stop if you're nearby.

25/08/2025: The pizza I had delivered was really good, exactly as requested, and most importantly, not too big or too thick. The vegetable pizza was tasty, well-topped, and, above all, well-cooked. My only complaint is that the only pizza I had arrived was a bit messy, as the ingredients, especially the sauce, spread throughout the pizza and the box.

24/08/2025: Pizza by the slice (about 400g each, so it's usually enough for one person) is made with a pre-baked white or red focaccia base, to which a mozzarella/cheese topping and sliced ​​meat of your choice are added on the spot, so the pizza is cooked almost immediately. I ordered the red base, flattened mozzarella, and it cost €6.70 with 1/2 cup of water. Friendly staff. Recommended.
