We stumbled upon it by chance upon arrival in Pistoia. The owner presented us with the set menu and invited us in. We wanted a snack and devoured an excellent Florentine steak... and then we toured the city. N.B.: vegetarians are welcome!

Very beautiful, well-kept, tastefully decorated restaurant with an open grill. Top service, extremely kind and professional staff. Very good and plentiful food, even too much so. Set menus, and depending on the number of people, they give you a larger or smaller steak, mixed appetizers, a 1.2 kg, 1.8 kg, or 2.4 kg steak, plus three side dishes. Good appetizers, good steak. Of the side dishes, I liked the roast potatoes, but I didn't really like the vegetable parmigiana and chickpeas. Finally, cantucci brigidini and passito. Everything was excellent! Fairly priced for all this.

We were warmly welcomed, the atmosphere was perfect, well-maintained, the service impeccable, the high-quality meat accompanied by a vast selection of wines, a truly excellent gastronomic experience, highly recommended for special lunches and dinners.

The owners are friendly and competent and it is a pleasure to talk to them in a very clean and welcoming environment with a tasty menu and a 10 out of 10 steak.

First, they serve a delicious and generous appetizer, followed by a perfectly cooked, top-quality steak. Finally, traditional desserts round out the meal. The kindness of the owner and staff adds to a 100% satisfying dinner.

The fixed menu is €50, excluding drinks. Highly recommended! The staff is very friendly.

Simply a fantastic experience! The first thing that strikes you is the location: a meticulously crafted space with exposed beams, brick, and stone creating a warm, authentic, and elegant atmosphere. A truly impeccably maintained venue. The set menu is perfectly crafted: it begins with a rich assortment of Tuscan appetizers that varies based on seasonal produce, allowing you to always savor fresh, local specialties. The true masterpiece, however, is the Florentine steak. For our occasion, as there were two of us, we were treated to a 1.2 kg steak, masterfully cooked and of exceptional quality. The side dishes are also seasonal, a detail that demonstrates great attention to the ingredients. To round things off, the traditional cantucci with Vin Santo, served in true Tuscan tradition. Special mention also goes to the wine list, extensive and well-stocked, capable of satisfying every taste and perfectly accompanying every course. A truly unique detail, something I've never seen anywhere else, is the ability to watch the chef live on screen as he cooks the meat over the embers of the wood-burning fireplace: a spectacle that further enhances the passion and care put into each dish. A restaurant that offers more than just dinner, but a true gastronomic experience. Highly recommended, especially for lovers of authentic Florentine steak and authentic Tuscan cuisine.
