29/08/2025: We had dinner at their set menu, which was exceptional! Delicious appetizers and plenty of them, first courses, amazing homemade ravioli, and amazing Sardinian gnocchi, even with a "ripasso" (a special kind of pasta dish) for those who can handle it... the suckling pig didn't even need a knife or butter... a must-try for anyone in Stintino.

29/08/2025: During our vacation, six of us (three couples) spent a truly special evening. The restaurant welcomed us with a warm and refined atmosphere, perfect for relaxing and enjoying an evening with friends. The service was impeccable: the staff were friendly, smiling, and always available, without ever being intrusive. The dishes? Simply delicious. We were able to try a little bit of everything: super-fresh appetizers, flavorful first courses, and spectacular suckling pig. Even the desserts were top-notch—mouth-watering!

04/09/2025: Exceptional welcome: the door was opened for us upon arrival, and we were escorted out upon leaving... Such attentive service! The restaurant owners are incredibly friendly, and you can tell they truly love their work. Whether it's the quality or the quantity, everything is exceptional. It's not just a pizza, it's a real experience!

13/09/2025: A restaurant serving traditional dishes, a quiet place, no wait even without a reservation. The owner is truly kind and professional, offering us various liqueurs after dinner. I really enjoyed the spaghetti with bottarga and the truly excellent seadas. The wine by the glass was also excellent. I recommend it.

11/07/2025: Sono stata a mangiare un panino a cena con il mio ragazzo… abbiamo ordinato e dopo 10/15 minuti é arrivato il nostro ordine. Il mio panino completamente freddo, il pane sopra rotto e mancante di un pezzo, l’hamburger squarciata a metà e stracotta e le patatine fredde. Chiamo la responsabile e le apro il panino davanti e le faccio vedere il tutto… lei ha iniziato a trovare giustificazioni su giustificazioni, come sé stessi dicendo fandonie. Era evidente agli occhi di tutti, sembrava già “mangiato da un’altra persona”… lei in modo arrogante e senza minimamente scusarsi dell’incidente continuava ad insistere. Andiamo in cassa e le dico: “guardi il panino non l’ho neanche più toccato, l’ho lasciato lì e non intendo pagarlo”, lei sbuffa mentre io pago il resto e per chiedermi la card fidelity non si rivolgeva più a me ma solo sal mio ragazzo ignorandomi… tipico atteggiamento dei bambini. Maleducata e arrogante la responsabile. Può succedere un incidente ma poi bisogna rimediare ed essere cordiali. Sottolineo che frequento il locale e mi é capitata solo lei con questo atteggiamento. 27/05/2025: Open space environment in a shopping center Food and service ok, even if for my request I received a not very proactive response on the customer side (not the waitresses' decision.) I was asked to put 5 stars at the time of payment but I'm sorry it's something that is not done as it is forced, the customer must be free to do so without having any pressure on his judgment.

The pizza cook / owner was friendly and obliging. Good selection of bottled beer. Lovely bottled juices. Great selection for vegetarians! Completely satisfied.

Fogo Alghero è uno di quei posti che ti colpiscono fin dal primo momento: un locale stupendo, curato nei minimi dettagli, capace di creare un’atmosfera calda, accogliente e unica nel suo genere. Il personale è estremamente gentile e disponibile, sempre pronto a soddisfare ogni esigenza con il sorriso, facendo sentire ogni cliente speciale. E poi il cibo… semplicemente straordinario! Dall’antipasto al dolce, ogni piatto è preparato con materie prime di altissima qualità e presentato con grande cura. I sapori sono autentici, intensi, e raccontano una vera passione per la cucina. Che si tratti di una cena romantica, di un pranzo tra amici o di una serata speciale, Fogo è la scelta perfetta. Tornerò sicuramente e lo consiglio a chiunque voglia vivere un momento di gusto e atmosfera ad Alghero!

The staff is distinguished by their kindness and expertise, especially in the presentation and explanation of the wines, which are presented with passion and local knowledge. The menu offers an excellent selection, perfect for an aperitif with platters and bruschetta, or for a casual lunch or dinner featuring quality ingredients. The tartare was very well prepared, but the bruschetta was truly surprising, with simple yet intense flavors. All this was accompanied by an excellent wine that made the experience even more enjoyable.
