01/06/2025: We went to this place based on all the glowing reviews, but thought it was just ok. Service was great and the atmosphere was quaint and typical fun Italian, but the food was very, very average. We had cod, two different pastas, and risotto, but all were bland and fairly tasteless. It was so strange as many other restaurants we’ve been to in Cortona were amazing.

29/05/2025: The Chianina treasure chest is worth a visit. Everything is very good, friendly and punctual in the service.

07/06/2025: I was at Locanda Colla tonight and I can only say: wow! I had a truly exceptional raw fish, very fresh and presented with great care. An explosion of flavors. I give ten stars, because five is too few! Absolutely recommended. I will return without a doubt.

Here you don't eat and drink only EXCELLENT PRODUCTS, but we feed on a very rare and, in these times, almost extinct ingredient: KINDNESS, THE SINCERE AFFECTION of hospitality! In your work - which I know is very demanding and tiring - you always have a smile and kind and sincere words. (With the people around, sometimes, it's not at all easy to stay jovial and kind...) In everything you do, the DEEP LOVE for your roots shines through, which has kept you intact and genuine. 21/06/2025: We were staying at the Izzalini resort and 3 evenings we had dinner at the restaurant. We ate very well and the girl who served us was very kind.

20/05/2025: La Braceria Brasiliana A Barraca di Matera è un vero gioiello! L'atmosfera è calda e accogliente, perfetta per una serata tra amici o con la famiglia . La carne, cucinata alla perfezione, è tenera e saporita, con una varietà di tagli che soddisfa ogni palato. Il servizio è impeccabile, il personale è gentile, attento e sempre disponibile. La selezione di contorni è altrettanto eccellente, con opzioni fresche e gustose che completano alla perfezione i piatti principali. Consigliatissimo per chi cerca un'esperienza culinaria autentica e di alta qualità. Un'esperienza brasiliana da ricordare a Matera!

28/06/2025: Nice little place, great for a nice breakfast, a good lunch or a break with friends! Excellent sandwiches as well as toasts, with excellent raw materials and a very varied menu. Good coffee too! They also accept dogs. I compliment the staff, kind, friendly and always smiling.

02/06/2025: Extremely friendly staff and a professional welcome. After an excellent Americano, we opted for the tasting menu. The visual presentation of the food, combined with the tableware, made each course a small work of art. The sequence of dishes was well planned. The timing was almost perfect. The wine list is comprehensive and offers a decent selection in terms of price and quality. A wonderful culinary experience in the heart of the Prosecco region. Prices are high, but in keeping with the quality. A perfect culinary evening. I will definitely be back and am already looking forward to it.

31/05/2025: Experience not to be repeated, we had been 4 years ago and we were very satisfied, unfortunately everything has gotten worse. The choice of dishes is poor, the dish is cared for only in aesthetics as taste and raw material leave much to be desired. The service is arrogant and not up to par. Beautiful location.
