11/08/2024: I stayed with my family in this hotel for 5 days.
I underline the availability and kindness of the director and staff.
The swimming pool is very nice and clean.
Breakfast also varies.
The location of the hotel is unique because in a short time you can reach all the places you want to visit.
The stay was certainly positive 👍👍
10/08/2024: Clean and welcoming room, very comfortable double bed because it is made up of two spring mattresses but of excellent workmanship, possibility of using 4 pillows that are neither too hard nor too soft so ok.
TV, minibar and safe as well as hairdryer.
Spacious shower.
Very courteous staff and helpfulness towards the customer both in providing information with the delivery of a map of Assisi and in giving targeted advice on how to visit Assisi in the best possible way.
Recommended.. we will be back!!!!
The location is crucial for those who want a place with a hotel, swimming pool, wellness center and restaurant 1 km from Assisi.

05/08/2024: A bit of a wait looking at the kitchen visible from the street. Very good, very multilingual service. Extraordinary wine list (150+ references!) and alcohols (great single malts and rums). And excellent cuisine. A little cramped but charming. Very good address.

24/08/2024: Cibo di ottima qualità e ben cucinato, il plus è dato dalla cordialità e cortesia del proprietario che quasi vizia il cliente fornendo consigli e dettagli importanti sui piatti da scegliere, sempre azzeccati.
Consigliato vivamente per chi cerca una cucina che richiama il territorio, magari con qualche rivisitazione gradevole al palato.

19/07/2024: The climb to the hut is strenuous for inexperienced people, you should plan about 3 hours here, the incredible views on the way and at the hut are unbelievable. The staff is super friendly, the Kaiserschmarn and the beer are highly recommended. The dumpling soup was simply great.
15/07/2024: We stopped here last week literally to seek refuge from a storm with rain and strong winds. The place is tiny, just a few tables and thankfully our group of 7 got one. The food was excellent, the staff super helpful. Very isolated and off the grid, but if you are hiking in the area and need refreshmnet, definitely stop! Take a look at the menu to learn the story and see the pictures of how they are supplied. Why don't we have these places in the States?

03/08/2024: A nice place we had dined in twice (the first visit was better). The ambience is very local and welcoming. Run by Dominic and served by 2 waitresses, all working fast and efficient. So no long waiting times for your order. They had daily specials. During our visit those were tuna tartar, tuna steak, eggplant flan on crema di parmigiana. All the dishes were well prepared, nicely served. We received good recommendations for the white wine - Offida Pecorino and di Gino from San Lorenzo. I especially recommend the eggplant flan and their cheesecake with strawberry sauce (the salty caramel sauce was overburnt and was very bitter). Recommend to book a table in advance.
Good value for your money.

20/08/2024: Superlative restaurant. Very refined cuisine, almost exclusively based on fish, but with some interesting proposals, capable of satisfying even lovers of meat dishes. Great hospitality and attention to the customer. The swimming pool for B&B guests is very welcome. The service is of high quality and goes very well with the location, which is remarkable in the Valdossola Alps. Great attention to detail and attention to the customer. The wine list is very extensive, with highly prestigious labels. The prices may be a little high, but they are well justified by the substance and quality you benefit from. Must try again!

23/07/2024: Location molto raffinata con possibilità di pranzare nel cortile interno dell'hotel che ospita questo elegante ristorante bistellato. Non delude sulla scelta del menu e sulla qualità del cibo proposto, soprattutto nel menù degustazione "via della seta" o, uno dei piatti eccellenti dello chef, il piccione. La motivazione delle quattro stelle e non delle cinque è la seguente: come ho già detto in altre recensioni di ristoranti di questo livello guardare i prezzi dei menu è risibile e comunque il ristorante è in linea con gli altri bistellati, ma il ricarico su vini e spiriti è notevole. Purtroppo devo aggiungere che, con il gruppo, non siamo stati entusiasti del servizio, che, in posti come questo ci aspettiamo sempre al massimo livello e attenti a ogni singola esigenza, mentre, vuoi per la posizione del nostro tavolo (sala interna a destra del bancone d ingresso) o vuoi perché magari mancava del personale (questo non so) in alcuni tratti del nostro percorso ci siamo sentiti un po' abbandonati a noi stessi, in particolare modo quando avremmo voluto ordinare una seconda bottiglia di vino o di acqua o quando avevamo qualche richiesta. Questa cosa a questi livelli non dovrebbe accadere. Si tenga presente che tutto viene sempre rapportato al posto in cui si è e le aspettative vengono di conseguenza quindi nessuno si azzardi qui a leggere "servizio scarso"!!!!

25/08/2024: It is currently one of my favorite places. On the lakeside of Gardone Riviera, in a corner sheltered from the wind, you can eat outside already in spring. Few tables both inside and outside, where rather than serving you badly because there are too many people they prefer to treat you well by taking fewer reservations. Excellent combinations, raw materials both local and with a few km but always of the highest level. Everything from the appetizer to the dessert in a crescendo that will make you want to come back very soon.

01/07/2024: bellissimo casale perfettamente restaurato sulla cima della collina . vista aerea sulle valli e sui vigneti . stupefacente la visione sia dalla veranda che dalle vetrate al primo piano del ristorante . menu' tipico del territorio .ottimi e ben presentati i preantipasti. buoni i tagliolini anche se avrei preferito un poì di piu' di carattere . servizio attento e disponibile . bagno spazioso e pulito . da tornare
28/05/2024: La mia recensione riguarda il ristorante, abbiamo mangiato benissimo, siamo stati bene e coccolati dal personale di sala, che tra l’altro molto preparato. Abbiamo preso il caffè fuori nel dehors che hanno, per godersi la bella vista e la bella giornata. Non posso dire niente di negativo; potrei solo suggerire, siccome avevo visto un reel su Instagram di alcuni piatti di cui( la lasagnetta) sarebbe meglio tenerla nel menù mi sarebbe piaciuto provarla . Per il resto tutto perfetto . Ci torneremo.

We recommend the mint tea to enjoy during dinner!! We will definitely be back!!
