Amazing restaurant. We managed to get a reservation and it was one of the best culinary experiences we had in Sicily. It really has a home cooked feeling to it. The service was great as well.

When Even the Rabbit Is Happy to Be Eaten! We had an absolutely fantastic evening. The waiters operated with the coordination of a SWAT team and the alertness of a dog in heat. Nothing was missed, no request disappeared into the void, and everything was delivered with genuine warmth, charm and hospitality. The starter brought us a carpaccio so tender it melted faster than the polar ice caps under global warming. The anchovy bruschetta then hit the tongue like a controlled demolition: salty, intense and gloriously explosive. A flavour bomb that left no survivors. Then came the main course. The rabbit was probably just as honoured to be eaten as I was to eat it. Rich, deeply savoury and cooked with such confidence that it tasted better than winning an argument you had absolutely no business winning. My girlfriend ordered the grilled beef skewers with vegetables. And yes, the kitchen actually understood the assignment: properly medium-rare, deeply caramelised on the outside and packed with enough flavour to make lesser steaks file for early retirement. Somewhere between the food, the wine and the atmosphere, we completely lost track of time. We even started inventing things we could order simply to justify staying a little longer in this intoxicating cloud of hospitality and culinary excess. Take my money. I will be back.

Wow some of the most amazing delicious home cooked food we had in all of Italy. We tried two pastas and the special Rabbit- all which were incredible. You can taste the love and care that went into each dish. Make sure to have a reservation in advance as they fill up quickly. Thank you so much we cannot wait to come back again!

Stayed in Cefalu for a month and this was the best meal we had by a country mile. Proper authentic cuisine with some interesting flavour combinations. The specials were a delight particularly the rabbit. Gorgonzola pasta is a must, clearly a dish that’s been perfected over time, balancing strong flavours to deliver a surprising sweet note at the end. Book, go, eat, drink, you will not be disappointed!

Everything from the service to the food was perfect. Tender sirloin steak, delicious smoked herring salad and beef carpaccio. Very kind and helpful staff.
