24/08/2024: Luserna è un paesino molto caratteristico posto s 1400m di altitudine. Vale la pna di arrivare fino a quassù anche se la strada è molto tortuosa ed in alcuni punti davvero molto stretta, è richiesta una ottima dose di esperienza di guida. Il ristorante dispone di una bellissima veranda con vista sulla valle. Tanto il personale in sala che garantisce un servizio rapido e puntuale. ottimi i salumi. Conto leggermente superiore alle mie aspettative, circa 40€ per una portata + tagliere condiviso, due calici di vino, acqua e caffè.

23/08/2024: Dopo qualche anno ritorno in questo posto sperduto nei boschi del Trentino. Come sempre esco entusiasta chiedendomi quanta passione serva per creare una cucina così legata al territorio ma moderna e ai livelli degli stellati che ho avuto la fortuna di provare. Non è facile essere così fuori dalle rotte turistiche ed avere il coraggio di proporre piatti così sinceri. Anche io sono bravo a cucinare ostriche, mazzancolle o ricci di mare. Provate con coregone e trota salmonata.... Per non parlare della guancia di cervo o dell"omaggio alle api" uno dei dolci più emozionanti che io abbia mai mangiato. Avanti così!

We had a wonderful evening: a quiet and very well-kept environment, fresh air in the beautiful outdoor area, excellent food, mussels au gratin and fried fish and vegetables, really delicious like everything else on the menu including the wine. Friendly staff attentive to every need. We will definitely be back

17/08/2024: We found ourselves by chance in this restaurant in Cisternino di Ostuni and I tell you that they deserve to be visited, excellent food and top service.

05/08/2024: Senn am Egg never disappoint us. Michel and his team are very creative and competent. Insider tip: they grill ribs and chicken for dinner in the evening for a few months ending around mid September, but he suggests you make a reservation because it’s super popular. Enjoy!

22/08/2024: A fantastic, unique place, a small environment but the aromas and goodness of the products always guaranteed for years, the variety and choice repay you for the small shop, you can find a wide choice of everything and the friendliness of the owner who always welcomes you with a smile whether you go out with a single slice of pizza or, as often happens, you leave with a good supply of mouth-watering products!! 21/08/2024: It was a casual and wonderful surprise. We were looking some place to eat at 11 pm and even though they were about to close the kitchen they were very kind and prepared some delicious Sicilian dishes for us, with fresh and authentic ingredients. We ate Pasta alla Norma and Polpette di melanzana. Also make sure you try delicious homemade mint liquor! Great ambience and good music. Thank you very much for a lovely dinner.

20/08/2024: We had dinner in this recently opened restaurant, which intrigued us a lot due to the very nice industry decor, we ate in peace, a welcoming and very quiet environment, the dishes were excellent, we made a selection of starters because we were very curious , the aubergine polettes are highly recommended, but in first place are the anchovy crostini with garlic butter and the super fresh jellies which gave an intoxicating balance to those crostini, really worth trying!!! pasta alla norma a MUST to try as a typical Sicilian dish, not to mention the vast range of beers for all tastes. We will definitely make it a regular stop when we return to Palermo!!! The guys are very kind, a very helpful and approachable couple.

28/08/2024: Absolute amazing! We stumbled across this place looking for a lovely dinner spot that wasn’t too touristy but had that Roma ambiance. This place was wonderful and the food was perfecto! More than that the service of the staff was brilliant, helping us dusty travellers pick the best dishes for a dinner we wouldn’t soon forget. We could not recommend this place more. A must have is the squid ink pasta but you couldn’t go wrong picking anything on the menu! Thank you to the staff and Emon for beautiful service 👏 Edit: we returned for a second visit in 2024 and have been blown away once again by the food and the fantastic service! Having come in 2023 during our honeymoon and now again for our anniversary, both times we had Emon as our server whose recommendations of wine and food made the evening perfect! Thank you once again to the Piro team for a delicious meal and special thanks to Emon!!

25/08/2024: Excursion from Val Caora to Forcella Pavione or Sella Monsampian Stunning breathtaking landscape, good difference in altitude but is rewarded by the Naturalistic Theater which is found by first climbing the Val Cisilla then arriving at the Vederna refuge with the beautiful little church of the Madonna delle Nevi. Going up the plateau of Malga Agnerola and from there on a good path but with a fair difference in altitude. it climbs up to the fork of Monte Pavione, crossing the path. of the cirques of the peaks beautiful itinerary. From the fork you climb to the top of Mount Pavione
