Unfortunately, they weren't open to food yet despite the hours listed online. I think it is just an "we're open whenever we open" place, and that's fine.

You often go to beautiful places but then the service "lags," but here everything runs like clockwork. Superb. But let's get to the meat of the matter: I tried a pacchero with venison ragù, which, I tell you, was technically perfect. The balance of flavors was incredible, the kind that makes you say, 'OK, they know exactly what they're doing in the kitchen.' And then, the game-changer: the drinks bar. If you want to see real customization, look for Tobias. I didn't ask for a drink from the list, we had a chat, he analyzed my tastes in a second and created a "tailor-made" cocktail that was out of this world. This is the true customer experience: understanding who you're dealing with before you even serve. If you're looking for a place where quality meets impeccable execution, this is a must. Period.
