I'm always skeptical when I read too many rave reviews, "the best," "exceptional," and the like, but this time I have to agree 100%: a truly excellent pizzeria. The thin, yeast-free pizza amazed me: excellent flavor and toppings, and above all, easy to digest. You don't feel bloated or thirsty, which often happens after eating traditional leavened pizza. Add to that the friendly and courteous owner and equally friendly staff, and I can only compliment them and recommend them. Bravo!

Last night we went to this pizzeria with the gym group. The owner and all the staff were super kind and professional. The pizzas were delicious: thin, crispy, and made with top-quality ingredients.
