The restaurant isn't particularly large, but the tables are cleverly arranged to maximize space. Colorful and cheerful modernist paintings hang on the walls. But the highlight and core business are the superb pizzas (the restaurant's sign certainly doesn't steal anything from this), which are incredibly digestible because they're not leavened. There are a wide variety of toppings and combinations. The Sardinian first courses are also worth a try. Service is quick and precise. The bathrooms are immaculately clean, too. The friendliness and helpfulness of Mario and his wife are the icing on the cake.

We went to Superpizza in Milan and had a truly positive experience! The place isn't very large, but it's well-finished and immediately conveys a welcoming and informal atmosphere, perfect for feeling at ease. The staff was super friendly and helpful throughout the evening, always attentive and smiling. The real surprise, however, was the yeast-free pizza: unexpectedly delicious, light, and—important for me—it didn't cause me any problems despite my intolerance. A simple but quality place, where you eat well and have a great time. We'll definitely be back!

One of the best thin-crust pizzas in Milan. We also tried the Sardinian pecorino cheese as an appetizer, which was very good. I'll be back!

Extraordinary pizza, incredibly light and easy to digest, yet delicious. A truly family-run business, where everyone strives to be quick but never rushed. The atmosphere is simple, yet clean and welcoming. Extremely kind and friendly, reservations are essential. Unforgettable pizza.

I'm always skeptical when I read too many rave reviews, "the best," "exceptional," and the like, but this time I have to agree 100%: a truly excellent pizzeria. The thin, yeast-free pizza amazed me: excellent flavor and toppings, and above all, easy to digest. You don't feel bloated or thirsty, which often happens after eating traditional leavened pizza. Add to that the friendly and courteous owner and equally friendly staff, and I can only compliment them and recommend them. Bravo!

06/06/2026: Hidden away outside the central tourist districts, Bistro 51 is a local restaurant that serves absolutely outstanding, elevated food. I was served a regional sparkling wine as soon as I sat down; the waiter brought me an amuse bouché as the first course; I ordered the delicate scallops antipasto with a potato cream; this was followed by shrimp pasta and then an absolutely superb filet of tenderloin beef. If that wasn't enough, I had a minty tiramisu-like dessert, followed by complimentary limoncello (and the waiter had brought out some bread earlier to supplement the main courses). I also had a lovely sauvignon blanc along with my meal. The waiter was kind, professional and had many nice suggestions. He even politely dealt with my limited Italian language skills. I am glad I had a 30 minute walk back to my apartment to walk off such an amazing meal. I am also glad I took a chance to experience such a wonderful restaurant off the beaten track. This is my new go-to place in Trieste.

19/05/2026: Excellent meat and fish options (the tagliolini with fish sauce are highly recommended; they're truly delicious). The restaurant is small but very well-maintained and clean. I'd also like to add the attention to table service: the staff is courteous, fast, and friendly.
