Unique pairings and excellent quality ingredients. I had the raw shrimp as an appetizer and the beetroot risotto for the main course. Everything was excellent. My companion chose the meat dishes, but he wasn't entirely convinced (since I don't eat meat, I can't judge). The place is very small with only a few tables, so reservations are required. A plus is the open counter where they finished plating the dishes.

I'd give a fortune for every restaurant in Florence to have the quality, vision, and technique of the chefs at Oca Bonda! Well done, we'll see you again very soon!

A restaurant that excites with cuisine that blends tradition and innovation in an elegant and never forced way. The wine list is also excellent, well-constructed and consistent with the food.
I was deeply impressed by the masterful execution of the dishes, which play with textures and flavors in surprising ways: it's an experience I absolutely want to repeat.
In the appetizer, the sweetbreads, I discovered the true meaning of the term "umami."
In the first course, the prosecco risotto with oysters was a perfect balance of flavor and texture.
For the second course, I was lucky enough to try the quail: incredible. A fusion of sweetness, thanks to the pineapple, and perfectly balanced spiciness and savory flavors. I could have eaten five of them.

I was there on Friday evening with my wife and I must say that we both had a great time. The dishes were exquisite. The sweetbreads and pigeon were perfectly balanced and cooked to perfection. The place is very nice and the owners are very kind and professional. Thank you very much. We will see you again soon.
