Unique pairings and excellent quality ingredients. I had the raw shrimp as an appetizer and the beetroot risotto for the main course. Everything was excellent. My companion chose the meat dishes, but he wasn't entirely convinced (since I don't eat meat, I can't judge). The place is very small with only a few tables, so reservations are required. A plus is the open counter where they finished plating the dishes.

Small place but wonderful food, excellent dishes, 10 out of 10. Try it! But keep an eye out.

I read absurd reviews from people who have the nerve to say, "Young chefs who set out on their own without resources or vision." I'd give a fortune for every restaurant in Florence to have the quality, vision, and technique of the chefs at Oca Bonda! Well done, we'll see you again very soon!

A restaurant that excites with cuisine that blends tradition and innovation in an elegant and never forced way. The wine list is also excellent, well-constructed and consistent with the food. I was deeply impressed by the masterful execution of the dishes, which play with textures and flavors in surprising ways: it's an experience I absolutely want to repeat. In the appetizer, the sweetbreads, I discovered the true meaning of the term "umami." In the first course, the prosecco risotto with oysters was a perfect balance of flavor and texture. For the second course, I was lucky enough to try the quail: incredible. A fusion of sweetness, thanks to the pineapple, and perfectly balanced spiciness and savory flavors. I could have eaten five of them. Congratulations to L'Oca Bionda!

I was there on Friday evening with my wife and I must say that we both had a great time. The dishes were exquisite. The sweetbreads and pigeon were perfectly balanced and cooked to perfection.
