Lunch included spaghetti with bottarga and a mixed fried fish main course... All in all, a good lunch. I recommend it.

A restaurant serving traditional dishes, a quiet place, no wait even without a reservation. The owner is truly kind and professional, offering us various liqueurs after dinner. I really enjoyed the spaghetti with bottarga and the truly excellent seadas. The wine by the glass was also excellent. I recommend it.

Trattoria Bisson is like being at home, and it's the owner and the cuisine that made this lunch experience so special. The dishes and service are simple, the price is very fair, and it's the owner himself who makes it impeccable, in my opinion, with his exceptional kindness, friendliness, and generosity, offering us digestifs at the end of the meal. Highly recommended for a first, and not last, visit to Tempio.

13/05/2026: The food was good, but nothing special. We were there with our young daughter. The staff was friendly, but seemed rushed (especially the head waitress). A bit more calm would have been nice. I suppose they have to be quick in the summer. Relatively expensive.
12/05/2026: We had a delicious gluten-free meal, a great selection of dishes, and even gluten-free beer. We'll definitely be back for our next holiday.

20/04/2026: Highly recommend Ristorante Barbagia Olbia. From the minute we stepped in the door, we were made so welcome. A beautiful restaurant with Sardinia at heart. The food is sublime. The best we had in Olbia. Locals recommended the restaurant to us and it did not disappoint. We will be back.
12/04/2026: The best meal I had in Sardinia during my Easter week 2026 visit! I had the wild boar in a sweet/sour sauce with olives and grilled veggies, while my partner had wild boar ragu with handmade pasta. Both were delicious and the serving sizes sufficient for a second, takeaway meal. Also remarkable were the fluffy grated pecorino over sliced tomatoes as antipasti and the almond cake for dessert….followed by memorably strong fennel-based digestifs. Lovely service, too.
