My wife and I enjoyed every bite, risotto, pasta and fish, it was all so flavorful. Near the end of our meal the restaurant filled up with locals and we weren’t surprised. Our waiter was very friendly, we wouldn’t hesitate to go back.

It is difficult in Italy for the pasta to not be good. We ate 2 plates of fuchiles with octopus, and the pasta was totally raw. Another dish of linguine a la vongole that was very salty. Poorly assembled rissoto and the only notable thing is the gnochis, Normal prices for the area, but high for the quality of the food

We enjoyed dinner here this evening of gluten-free spaghetti with oil and garlic and pepper flakes, and a side of grilled vegetables. Lovely food and restaurant, and very friendly owner and waiter!

Ambiente caldo e confortevole, servizio attento e cibo di buona qualità. Carne ottima, primi di buon gusto. Prezzo in linea alla qualità e al posto. Un po’ i dolci potrebbero essere più gustosi, per il resto ritornerei. Grazie.

Locale carino. Molto animato, era il veglione di capodanno quindi menù non alla carta. Abbastanza buono, personale gentilissimo.

Genuine reviews are hard to find so I thought to update we had a delicious meal and fantastic service! Alessandro is the son and when we were ordering he recommended fries for my twelve year old. We learnt several items were from the owners farm including the cherry tomatoes and my broccoli rabe (aka rapini) which had great flavour. We had a beef carpaccio starter, my son had the sirloin, my husband the cod and I had the seabream. Everything was prepared with care, well presented and perfectly cooked. The food arrived promptly and fresh and warm. The flavours were delicately seasoned. Our dinner was just lovely, thank you to the Refood family for focusing on fresh seasonal produce and making meals with love and pride.

What a pleasant surprise. The name does not invoke dreams of Italian culinary delight, yet that is exactly what it was. We had the rigatoni with mushrooms and pork sausage to start. It was in a brown sauce with a crema, outstanding . My husband had the duck and I had fish of the day. Service was polite and attentive. Atmosphere lovely.Run, don’t walk to this restaurant when you are in Sorrento. Best meal of our 11 day vacation!

Being in Sorrento for a few days I relied heavily on the Tripadvisor reviews for places to eat. The reviews were very mixed but decided to go anyway. So, so glad we did. From the moment we approached the service was helpful and friendly. The menu offered locally sourced food and traditional options as well as a lot of fish dishes. We were both very happy with all of our choices for starter and main but we’re too full to look at the dessert options (will be here for another couple of days so may have to go back and pace myself to be able to report on those too!) the wine recommendation was spot on too. This is helpful when offered such a range on the wine list. In my humble opinion, go here for a lovely relaxed and delicious evening out. Even the gentle background music invited a chance to enjoy the whole experience.

29/02/2024: Non c'è niente che ti riporti alla gestione della sede precedente e non parlo solo di estetica architettonica. La location attuale ha un comodo parcheggio, gli interni sono di tendenza. Nella sala con tavoli ben disposti la fanno da padrone tre maxischermi inseriti in pannelli, che in un posto dove la convivialità e lo stare insieme dovrebbe essere la cosa più importante, stonano un pò. La mise en place senza tovaglia, si fa, ma a me non piace. Il menù ti dà la certezza che la trattoria Cifuni è lontana. Buona offerta di antipasti e primi di mare e terra non differenziati ma innanzitutto senza i buoni piatti tipici della tradizione con qualche innovazione come nel vecchio menù; orfano della zuppa di cozza che era un "must" . ma il messaggio è chiaro. Ora parliamo di un ristorante che però, deve darsi una identità: pizzeria, ristorante di pesce e steak house è un pò troppo. Noi si è presi un giro di antipasti di terra, ottime le parmigiane, e un primo a testa (inutile mettere i delicati gamberi su olive e capperi, io azzarderei un polpo o forse cozze) buoni spaghetti ai frutti di mare, sufficienti gli agnolotti. Credo che il servizio debba ancora fare un pò di rodaggio, ma migliorerà di sicuro. Si è speso circa 30€ a testa, presumo che una cena completa senza eccessi arrivi a 45-50 ma non è fuori dal mondo
