The strong point is the kindness of the staff.
About the location, I'll just say there's a large TV to keep you company at one table.
The Roman cuisine is excellent, considering we're not in Rome.
The deal: For about €15 per person, you can try many dishes, including appetizers, first courses, and second courses, which are served at the table. I recommend going with two people if you're a big eater. You can also take any leftovers home. There's no waste!!
For those with lactose intolerance, it's a different story. The porchetta is good, but it can't always be up to par.

20/05/2026: We discovered this place while wandering around the village of Triora, and it really made a great impression. The atmosphere is simple but welcoming, everything is very clean and well-kept, with friendly and helpful staff who immediately make you feel at ease.
The menu isn't very extensive, but precisely because of this, every dish seems prepared with care and quality. We particularly enjoyed the excellent first courses and the desserts, which rounded off the meal perfectly.
The prices are absolutely in line with the quality offered. A genuine place we'd gladly return to.

11/05/2026: The place is beautiful, charming and somewhat old, even though it was recently renovated. We were greeted impeccably. The menu is varied but not overwhelming, with many traditional dishes. The staff and owners are so kind that when one of our guests asked for pennette al pomodoro, they not only prepared it right away, but also offered it to us! The traditional dishes are exceptional, especially the tagliatelle with truffle. The desserts and cheeses are also delicious. The wine list is extensive and the prices are reasonable.
08/05/2026: This is our second time eating at this restaurant, and it's a wonderful experience.
The atmosphere is peaceful and the owners are very kind.
Everything was good, but we came back for the lentil soup.

12/06/2026: We took a pasta making class through trip advisor a d had a wonderful time. We got to make 2 pastas and tiramisu then they cook the pasta and added a red sauce and we could eat eat we made. Lo ed the teachers too.

06/06/2026: This morning I stopped by the cake shop and ate an apple and cinnamon cake... oh my god, what a sight 😍 It was perfect! The duck fettuccine is simply extraordinary: flavorful, balanced, and cooked to perfection. And then the ravioli... without exaggeration, among the best I've ever eaten in Rome.

25/04/2026: Delicious pizza by the slice, generous portions, and top-quality ingredients. The owner is a very kind and polite guy who works with passion. Reasonable prices; I ordered two generous portions of Margherita, one regular Margherita, and one generous portion of spicy salami. He cut it into squares for me and offered me a bottle of cold beer. I'll be back often; I highly recommend it.

Don’t skip the viewpoint through the restaurant.
08/06/2026: It's supposed to be ordinary spaghetti, but it tastes extraordinary. The circumstances make it worth dining here. Kochania is similar to home-cooked spaghetti; it's nothing special, but I guess that's what I expect here. The waiter, after 7 p.m., didn't smile, but we managed to get along.

04/05/2026: Everything was perfect, the food was delicious, and the location was incredibly charming. One flaw: the waitress serving the wine looked at us askance when we decided not to drink wine since we had a five-hour drive home. It's true that we're in a winery where wine is produced, but not ordering wine with lunch isn't a crime.
Otherwise, everything was great.
