Yesterday at Quantum we had an incredible experience. Quality, service, innovation, professionalism, and genuine passion: everything you'd expect from a great seafood restaurant. But the most surprising thing is discovering that behind all this are three extraordinarily talented young people, capable of transforming their expertise and dedication into a top-notch gastronomic experience. I'm happy to have eaten so well, but even more so to have found confirmation that there's still great hope for the future of the restaurant industry...Great job, guys!

A very pleasant surprise, found by chance for a business lunch. The quality of the food is very high, as is the preparation, and I was also very impressed that such young people have this determination to provide such a high level of service. WELL DONE!!!

This was our first time dining at this restaurant. The location is beautiful, welcoming, and comfortable. The atmosphere is convivial, subdued, and sophisticated, and you can sense the originality and distinctiveness that makes dinner a wonderful experience. As for the food, it's all excellent. The quality is evident in every dish, from appetizers to dessert. Here, too, everything has been carefully crafted, down to the smallest detail. Even what might seem like a simple spaghetti dish with cacio, pepe, and shrimp, they managed to make it exceptional. The fried fish was excellent, dry without excess oil, and the fish was fresh. We also had the freshly caught sea bass, which, in its simplicity, was delicious. Finally, the desserts didn't disappoint, all delicious and carefully crafted. The service was excellent and fast, the waitress was always helpful and courteous, and the chefs were also very kind and professional, something that is by no means a given and truly appreciated. We highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely be back!

My wife and I went to Quantum, run by two young chefs, Davide and Alessandro. Most of the dishes are fish-based. I'm a fan of raw seafood, and I was honestly very pleased with the ingredients used (very fresh) and the dish they offered. The dining room is managed by Emma, ​​a very knowledgeable, kind, and ready to make you feel at ease, responding promptly to all your needs. Overall, the place is very discreet; you can have a relaxed conversation without having to raise your voice. What can I say? I'll definitely be back.
