We stumbled onto this wine shop going to the Central Market. We were tired of paying overpriced glasses of wine. It started with a couple glasses of reasonable priced wonderful wine, and it turned into a wine class. If you want to get away from the tourist traps, come here!

Good wine at good price, straight from the family winery. I bought some wine for aging +10 years, I will definitely come back to them if I need Chianti wine or if I’m in Florence.

I had 12 bottles sent to Japan: 6 from Le Lame (which I had tasted) and 6 Tuscan wines recommended by Matteo. They arrived before I returned home. He explained the Tuscan wines clearly in English, which was helpful for us as we're not very knowledgeable about them. I'll visit again when I go to Florence. Thank you, Matteo!

Cool wine bar with affordable tastings and good vibes!

Amazing wine shop, a family business handed down since generations and build over an old medieval cellar. Great selection and variety of wine and spirits from allover Italy and the world. They also own a beautiful winery and produce their own wines in the Chianti area, and it's possibile to taste/ship them home. The place has real florentine vibes and you get to know the owners, the locals and end up sipping a glass of wine with a stranger who will become your best friend in few minutes. Highly recommended if you want to dive into the Tuscan wine tradition and local culture.
