La Masseria In Vieste

A simply wonderful place, a true corner of paradise. It's a farmhouse immersed in nature where you can breathe in peace. For animal lovers, it's a special place: sheep, chickens, geese, and countless cats make the atmosphere even more magical. The cave where the cheeses are aged is also beautiful. The cuisine is exceptional; it's hard to say which was the best dish because they were all delicious. Special mention goes to the ricotta cake with vanilla cream: simply sublime. A special thanks to Michela, the owner, a very sweet and kind person, as are all the staff. The bill was more than fair, and I really appreciated a simple but beautiful gesture: figs picked from their own tree were brought to each table to taste. It's those little touches that really make a difference. Highly recommended!

A truly enchanting experience. The ladies are incredibly kind and immediately make you feel at home, not to mention the quality of the meat (they don't serve first courses, the menu focuses on second courses). We truly ate wonderfully, spent a fair amount, and discovered an unforgettable little corner of Gargano.

Everything was absolutely wonderful: a charming location, excellent food, and super friendly staff. You can tell there's love, passion, and a lot of dedication put into everything at the masseria. A final highlight: the cheese cave, a must-see!

Discovered by chance, it turned out to be a beautiful and delicious place. Impeccable service, delicious food from appetizer to dessert. Relaxing and romantic atmosphere. Despite the scorching weather of recent days, we had a great time. Well-ventilated and perfect climate. If I return to Vieste, I will definitely return. Highly recommended.

Enchanting location surrounded by nature. The sheep, the kittens, and the sunset. A magical atmosphere. Extremely kind and welcoming staff. Special mention to the two chefs who take care of the oven and grill: a medal of valor for being there in this heat to cook for us. Simple, authentic, excellent quality food. The flavors of yesteryear. Tender meat. The bruschetta and caciocavallo cheese are top notch! Highly recommended.

In Vieste on vacation, we asked around where we could go for dinner to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The answer was unanimous: Masseria San Salvatore. It wasn't by chance or coincidence, and once there, we realized the unanimity was due to the excellence of the place. We were warmly welcomed and given free to tour the masseria and its animals. Extreme care in service and attention to customer needs, excellent products, and a beautiful atmosphere. If we ever return to Puglia, the Masseria will definitely be a must-visit.

Absolutely perfect experience! We didn't have a reservation, which is recommended, but they still found a place for us. But we definitely recommend booking a table, since the place is packed and rightfully so. The service was excellent. They don't speak much English but we managed to communicate just well. The meat is absolutely extraordinary. Words can't express how delicious the meat was. We had T-bone steak with potatoes and it was very well prepared. They also offer a great selection of wines and local cheeses from their own production. This was definitely the highlight of our travels in this part of Italy, I would recommend this to everybody. Be sure to prepare some cash because the Internet connection is sketchy and they didn't accept credit cards when we were there.

You don't come to this masseria to eat....the quality of the cuisine, the passion, professionalism, and kindness of Michela, the grace and expertise of Giulia and Noemi's service...they're the ones who eat you!!!!! A simply extraordinary experience. Thank you!
