15/08/2024: Locale piemontese nel Canavese, poco fuori Torino, che riporta alla tradizione con eleganza. Menu interessante, cucina piemontese semplice e ben fatta. Alcuni piatti a base di pesce, a mio parere meno nelle corde del locale. Abbiamo scelto: plin ripieno di cipolle caramellate con fonduta di parmigiano, non i classici plin piccolini, cipolle un po’ preponderanti (voto 7) vitello tonnato (voto xxx) spaghetto con pescatrice discreto (voto 6.5) tartare di tonno Piatto di bolliti misti buono, consiglio di aggiungere più salsa (voto 7) Zabaione con torcetti, ottimi entrambi (voto 8) Tiramisù, con un bellissimo colore giallo pieno Buona selezione di vini Servizio e cortesia voto 9 Rapporto qualità prezzo (voto 7) : non a buon mercato, ma giustificato da ambiente e materie prime. Porzioni generose Sicuramente una buona soluzione se volete provare la tradizione in un contesto elegante e curato, a 30 min da Torino

Un effort particulier pour parler français, langue plutôt très bien maîtrisée par celle qui s’est occupée de nous. Service efficace, super conseil de vins et le tout pour un rapport qualité prix excellent. Les assiettes sont divines, pleines de goûts et tout est maîtrisé et frais. Le service est efficace. 30/08/2024: The best restaurant in Rome. Very kind and professional staff who helped us with the selection. The food was perfect, we were extremely satisfied. Everything perfect down to the last detail. Appetizer, main course and dessert excellent. I can highly recommend the restaurant.

26/07/2024: I am traveling to Cagliari for the first time. And it was surprising for me to find the Kargizistan restaurant. Many thanks to the staff and the cook, I was transported for a moment as if home. Very tasty and cozy. I wish the restaurant prosperity. If anyone is in Cagliari, be sure to try the Kargyza cuisine.

01/08/2024: Super delicious wonderful amazingly good ice cream! I have tried others in Venice, but this one always wins hands down as the best ice cream in town. Came back every day while there.

28/07/2024: Repetita juvant, as the Latin saying goes, repeating is beneficial, we "repeated" ourselves, taking advantage of the splendid location of Ditirambo, and in its culinary journey. The kindness of the service and the owner complete the experience. Appetizer with a trio of tastings, cod with peach, a sublimation of flavors with the contrast of the sweet peach with the soft taste of cod, potato and mushroom flan, another demonstration that divine forces exist, and aubergine meatball which, although "obvious", also receives the applause of the guests. First we had fettuccine with buffalo ragù in white which, if divine forces exist, even woodland elves and fairies have bothered with this dish, the helices with vegetables and bigoli, cod and pepper Crusco, I won't even tell you about the latter , go and try them. The wine list is excellent. Dessert, chocolate and mint ceescake madeleine with buffalo ricotta, Amalfi cake. In conclusion we spent a pleasant and tasteful evening. Go there.

03/09/2024: Bella esperienza, nata per caso usufruendo di The Fork in quanto eravamo in zona e cercavamo un ambiente per la pausa pranzo. Moto restaurant e la definizione migliore, si tratta di un locale attiguo e collegato con una rivendita di moto ed accessori. All'interno l'arredamento richiama una vera officina, con moto appese e accessori in stile "meccanico". Cibo BUONISSIMO con possibilità anche per vegetariani e vegani. Pasta e carne top. Dolci tutti da scoprire. Ottima la birra. Personale gentilissimo. Parcheggio comodo davanti al locale. A pranzo hanno anche menù speciali per la pausa. Tornerò sicuramente.

The welcome from the staff and the owner is disarmingly kind, the atmosphere is magical both inside among the characteristic caves and in the wonderful fairy garden outside. This place exudes charm and love. The food is an experience for the palate, from the appetizer to the dessert, with careful research into the ingredients, perfectly blended to explode in every single bite. There is nothing more to say than, two words summarize this enchantment, CARE AND LOVE
