18/10/2025: For my birthday I chose this place recommended by a relative... beautiful location!! Even though it's October, we ate outside on the veranda... we ordered the 5-course tasting menu... the dishes were very well presented. I particularly liked some of them, a small criticism about the fish which was a bit dry; perhaps a sauce would have enhanced it. The staff was kind and competent, and the wine selection was excellent... what can I say? A must-see when you come to Alghero.

10/10/2025: We found this restaurant by chance. We went in without a reservation. I recommend booking in advance. So we waited a bit for a seat to become available, and what a surprise! We ordered the tasting menu with wine pairing. A delight. Everything was excellent, the fish was well prepared and cooked. The pasta was cooked to perfection. It may seem a bit expensive, but if you have the opportunity, go there; you won't regret it. We hope to come back!

08/12/2025: Been there twice. Best value for money for a seafood restaurant. Seafood super fresh, pastas el Dante, even the chicken schnitzel for the kids was spot on. The service is amazing. They speak at least 8 languages between them all.

07/12/2025: In life, only moments are beautiful… And without a doubt for us it was the one we spent at Trattoria Tre Spiedi. The food was exquisite, everything perfectly prepared and served. However, what personally captivated me was the warmth, hospitality, and I would even venture to say a truly friendly atmosphere. Everyone there was wonderful. But we experienced especially special and unforgettable moments thanks to Marco. We were lucky to arrive at a time when it wasn’t crowded. That gave us the chance for a calm, long conversation with him. Warmth, sensitivity, kindness, tact, and that something that can’t really be named — you simply feel it. Marco, thank you from the bottom of our hearts for this time. Thanks to you and your colleagues, the time we spent in Venice was magical and unique. 04/11/2025: A fabulous gastronomic experience in Lecce. Every dish we tried was excellent. The pink shrimp tartare was especially exquisite. We also had the scallop carpaccio, which was very tasty. The Sagne Ncannulate, a pasta typical of Lecce, surprised us with its delicious flavor and because we were unfamiliar with it. The service is friendly and the atmosphere very pleasant. The price is higher than average, but for the quality and preparation, it's a culinary experience I highly recommend.

12/11/2025: The warm and welcoming atmosphere immediately puts us at ease. We order the trio of appetizers, plus a shared Russian salad: all the flavors are clear and right; the freshest tomino cheese and the perfect green sauce; the cooking technique for the vitello tonnato modernizes the value of tradition, maintaining its evident quality, which begins with the raw ingredients. This adherence to tradition does not deprive us of pleasant surprises with the appearance of unexpected aromas, expertly and meticulously scattered on the serving plates, perhaps the fragrance of a tiny lavender flower... We continue with the Scialatielli with sardines and wild fennel (and everything else you need): sumptuous, with a rich sauce that preserves the intensity of the fish's flavor, the sweet and spicy interplay is perfectly balanced. We finish with the Baked Pumpkin, comforting and tasty. We drank a well-balanced Barbera, chosen from the bulk wine selection. The prices were more than fair, and the service was punctual and attentive. An experience that combines the full pleasure of an evening with the joy of knowing, in a challenging context like Barriera, brilliant businesses like this one exist, where the awareness of know-how can overcome any challenge. 09/11/2025: Bagnacauda, ​​only anchovies, no garlic, mostly salty and inedible. The chef was rude, the kitchen was very dirty. He had the nerve to charge me extra for asking for two extra cardoons and the extra coffee. Total: two bagnacauda with vegetables, terrible quality, €71...highly not recommended. There are many Piedmontese restaurants where you eat a hundred times better at much more honest prices, and I'm not one to skimp on food. If I complain and you respond as the owner, I'll be happy with a half-smile after having robbed me for two poorly prepared dishes. You're rude, impolite, and incapable of dealing with customers. If the anchovies were sweetened with milk, I wouldn't still be drinking water at 8:00 PM. It's pathetic. Then again, I still have to figure out how we got to €71 from two bagnacauda menus with water, wine, coffee, and service charge. Thief and unintelligent, you steal today, you stay home tomorrow...good luck, you'll need it.

18/11/2025: A typical trattoria where you can experience the love for Sicilian cuisine and tradition from the moment you arrive. The place is small, and I highly recommend booking because it's impossible to find a table without a reservation. The food is delicious, from the generous appetizers to a variety of first and second courses, prepared with authentic, high-quality ingredients. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable, especially Beatrice, a fantastic woman both personally and professionally. She explained each dish clearly and concisely, without taking anything away from the other staff. The place is clean and tidy, without being overbearing. 07/09/2025: An absolutely wonderful restaurant! The seafood was incredibly fresh, and every dish — insalata di mare, polpo in tempura, tagliata di ricciola, frittura di calamari, tonno in crosta — was superb. Each bite felt thoughtfully prepared and perfectly executed. The staff was just great! I honestly can’t remember the last time I had a dining experience this memorable!

15/11/2025: Good pizza (Napoli) and service. Do NOT take the Montepulciano!! Worse wine ever (quality, not a matter of taste); so much I didn't drink it! Taste like vinegar, and even not a good one.

04/11/2025: We had lunch at Restaurant Rametz at the end of the season. The restaurant was practically empty and therefore very quiet. Besides the concise menu, the very friendly staff recommended several specialties. The menu includes both meat and fish dishes. The prices are on the higher end, but the food is consistently beautifully presented and tastes excellent. The wine list is highly recommended; it truly offers something for every palate. Rametz isn't a tourist hotspot, which is exactly why it suited us perfectly. We will definitely visit Restaurant Rametz again.

27/08/2025: A small piadina shop in Bologna, serving artisanal bread (and you can taste its deliciousness) with a wide selection of piadinas—perhaps too wide! It's a bit difficult to read all the post-its with the daily specials and the menu. The piadinas had good, fresh ingredients. The place is very simple, and in the summer, it tends to get a bit warm without air conditioning. There are tables with stools if you want to eat in. The owner is very kind and friendly. I'll definitely be back!
