The place offers delicious, home-cooked cuisine, prepared just the right amount, allowing you to truly savor the local cuisine with a set menu. It offers appetizers featuring ricotta, eggplant, cured meats, cheeses, and much more, as well as two first courses and a main course featuring Sardinian suckling pig. Highly recommended.

The food is always meticulously prepared, using local ingredients and/or the highest-quality products... it's family-run, and Emanuela is a true leader in the kitchen... a person who, even though I've had little time to get to know her, has instilled in me the values of the past: respect, determination, honesty... and she conveys all of this through her dishes, which are crafted with love, passion, and balance. We shared a starter—the inevitable cured meats—and then a dish that literally amazed me, from the plating to the dish itself... because this Mazara del Vallo prawn carpaccio was a modern take on the dish, with a tantalizing balance of flavors; it melted in the mouth. Sublime. Kudos to the entire staff, who seamlessly blend tradition with innovation without ever overdoing it. Well done...this is my second time and I can say that every time it makes me say: I have to come back again.

09/09/2025: Mutton Peshawar was rich and flavorful! The cream, curd, dry fruits, and cashew powder created a luxurious gravy. The mutton was tender and the sauce had a beautiful nutty sweetness. Royal Mughlai flavors executed perfectly.

We've been making this a must-see when we come to Mammola for 11 years. I don't know if the chef changes, but we've always had SUPERB food. BEST WISHES!

08/06/2025: I can't review the food or the service.... But about the environment I can say that rudeness and unavailability are their strong point. They almost didn't let us enter the place (at 9 pm!) because when we arrived, they "were too busy"... Something I've never heard of, but there were only a couple of people in front of us. It would have been much more elegant to say that there was a bit of a wait and at that point we would have chosen whether to stay or not. But you don't send customers away.
