21/09/2025: Definitely rated their gelato as one of the best I’ve tried in Italy! Pistachio was superb as well as strachiatella. Flavorful and not too sweet. I’d make zabaione less sweet and more alcoholic but I’m comparing it to Argentinian version. Loved the ice cream overall.

22/11/2025: We had the tasting menu and matching wines and every course and every wine was superb. They stick to local wines and foods and the preparation, presentation and taste were exceptional. I can see why Michelin rated them and I think they deserve a star. It was a quiet night hr but we were treated with good attention and the pace was excellent: not too fast or rushed. The highlight was probably the dish from locally foraged mushrooms: probably the best mushrooms I’ve ever had and that includes porcini and girolles. The umami was fabulous. To be fair each dish also went so well together that you felt this was a well curated menu with the richness increasing as you progressed: starting with a lightly marinated raw scampi dish and ending with a marscapone and jelly with carob wafers.

24/10/2025: A real treat - we managed to walk in without a booking in October and had some amazing food. Delicious natural wine, one of the best desserts I’ve ever had and really helpful, friendly service.

16/11/2025: What a wonderful discovery! The food was delicious. I tried the Pad Thai, the autumn pizza with Taggiasca olives, the desserts, and the breakfast bowl. Everything was delicious, the service was excellent, and the staff was super friendly and helpful! If I lived in Florence, I'd come here every day! Thank you so much, and see you soon!

31/10/2025: I discovered this place via Instagram and it's the first one I couldn't wait to try as soon as I arrived in beautiful Florence. What can I say... everything was exceptional. We tried two incredible dishes: the first was the Halloween version of the pizza of the day, with cavolo nero and pumpkin. I chose the raw version and added walnuts, and believe me, it was amazing. So much so that I ordered a second helping, with olives and capers instead of walnuts. A dream. I chose the raw version because it intrigued me so much and because they make everything homemade. Even the cheeses and granola they use for the bowls are all homemade, and believe me, the difference is huge and you can taste it. The other dish we tried was the Pad Thai, recommended by our neighbor at the table with these words: "You have to try Pad Thai, it's incredible." No sooner said than done. And I must say, this was also delicious. We also had a very fresh smoothie that went perfectly with our lunch. We didn't try them, but the desserts are all homemade and looked incredibly inviting. I regret not having tried them, to be honest. The milk they use for hot and cold drinks is homemade and sweetened only with dates. The place is not only vegan, but entirely gluten-free. There's a lot of attention paid to the entire product offering, and it shows in every dish. I didn't take photos of the dishes because I enjoyed this meal so much. This place was a real discovery, and believe me, I can't wait to go back. The place is very cute; there's an inside area and a Debora, and the staff is kind, helpful, and attentive to every need and request. I recommend booking because it's so good, it's always packed. You absolutely have to try it!

28/10/2025: Cozy café with various vegan options (you should like peanut butter). Friendly service; if you sit outside, you'll have to go inside to order. The food was very tasty, although the couscous bowl had too much peanut butter for our taste, compared to the fruit and couscous. At the Beagle, the peanut butter was too heavy on the chocolate, but it was still delicious. We'll be back.

The atmosphere is very pleasant and refined, and the staff is distinguished by their friendliness and helpfulness, always attentive to the needs of their guests. 13/12/2025: Dinner with two friends after visiting Cascia/Roccaporena. It was my second time there. It's a small, family-run trattoria, serving traditional local dishes, including homemade pasta and meat selected and butchered by the owner, who is also an expert hunter. Keep up the good work until next time!

26/10/2025: Beautiful restaurant in the center of Lucca But not just beautiful, like many restaurants in the center of Lucca. The food is exquisite, and the service is very attentive, as you'd expect from certain restaurants where expectations are high. Expectations were met, excellent quality food, a well-stocked and fresh menu, and an excellent wine cellar. Really attentive service, attentive and professional waiters. The price is a bit high, but justified. I'll definitely be back.

27/10/2025: Recommended by a friend, two of us went. It was a truly satisfying lunch. The appetizer's flavors were surprising, and the first course was good. At this point, we gave up; we were already full and didn't try the meat. The dessert was amazing. The final price was half what I expected, double that of a full menu at McDonald's... and that says it all...

29/09/2025: I ate here with my girlfriend and it was a truly enjoyable evening. The food was all excellent, from the appetizers to the meat, to the side dishes. The great thing is that you pay €55 and it's all-inclusive, except drinks and desserts. The meat is excellent quality and all you can eat. FANTASTIC!! We left the place bursting with joy!!! The waiter/Maitre was really kind and friendly. He recommended which wine to drink. The place itself is very beautiful, with attention to detail and chic. We finished with an excellent seadas. Congratulations 👏

12/12/2025: A truly positive experience! The young and always helpful staff creates a welcoming and pleasant atmosphere. The quality of the dishes is top-notch: every course is meticulously prepared and the flavor is impeccable. All the dishes we tried were delicious, but a special mention goes to the mango sorbet, simply fantastic and the perfect end to lunch. A beautiful place that combines professionalism, freshness, and passion: highly recommended!

24/10/2025: I went there yesterday for lunch for the first time....an excellent choice! Very kind staff and truly excellent food! We drove around for 20 minutes looking for parking, but in the end it was totally worth it!! Congratulations!
