21/06/2025: A place discovered today, which has rightfully become part of our top trattorias! Super welcoming place, which corresponds in all respects to the typical Tuscan trattoria, where those who want to eat well "like once upon a time" in a rustic setting feel at home. And we were really happy to see the place full of locals, a sign of quality and coherence with local traditions. Since it was a quick lunch we decided to order à la carte instead of opting for the inviting 25 euro menu where there was really everything. We had some really amazing first courses: enormous portions, well seasoned with traditional sauces such as wild boar, rabbit and lampredotto, plated in a very elegant way. Very good house wine, served in typical flasks, a must for the "Il Fiasco" tavern. Finally, special pastry desserts (lemon and cappuccino delight). Kind and friendly staff. Very honest prices: less than 20 euros per person! Congratulations on everything, places like these are the protected oasis of Italian culinary tradition.

06/06/2025: Qué hallazgo. Excelente ubicación. El restaurante está situado junto al río, a pocos pasos del Ponte Vecchio. El menú es variado con pizzas (que son grandes) y ensaladas, así como sándwiches. Servicio amable y de alta calidad. Estoy encantado de recomendar.

03/06/2025: We had the most amazing breakfast by the Arno River in Florence — a peaceful and beautiful start to the day. The food was fresh and full of flavor, but what really made it memorable was Ricco, our waiter. He greeted us with such warmth and gave us a wonderful introduction to the city, full of local tips and personal stories. It felt like we were being welcomed by a friend. A perfect beginning to our time in Florence!

15/06/2025: I had dinner at this restaurant on a summer evening where we were seated outside, where however there were too many insects, many that entered the glasses or settled on the food. The quality of the food is excellent but the service is definitely improvable.

23/06/2025: 7th day in Italy, and this is my favorite ristorante so far. Late evening and the staff is still refreshingly friendly :) great pasta, steak and sea bass, entire family ate well. Fresh strawberries and vanilla custard (crema?) for dessert, so good!

The service was simply excellent, the staff was friendly, efficient and attentive to our needs. The food was even better! The quality of the dishes was very high and the variety of options satisfied all our tastes. The owner was really friendly and helpful, he made sure everything was perfect and did everything to make us feel at home. Our experience was truly unique and unforgettable. Ristoro dello Scoiattolo is a place that I recommend to everyone, especially if you are a large group like ours. The quality-price ratio was really excellent and we will definitely be back! *Rating:* 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ *Tip:* if you are bikers, like us, Ristoro dello Scoiattolo is a must! 10/06/2025: In a high place and beautiful spot of the gorgeous mountains we found the restaurant and were surprised to have the one of our best meals in Sicily. The hosts were very very friendly and we enjoyed two magical hours there. Good selection of dishes and we even took the left overs with us. Arnon, Revital, Youval and Ayala.
